I made mistake on my order and called the store right away to see if they can fix it. The person on the phone (rude) said she can't fix it and I have to do it on DoorDash. There’s no way to edit an order after you paid for it. It was just an easy fix. My other orders didn’t come with any condiments.

While I usually love this eatery, today on thanksgiving eve we placed a large order for 5 platters, only received four!! Upon calling them, they felt like we were lying and advised us to bring the food back to prove to them they only gave us four platters! Can’t even believe they did that!!! I order them from all the time especially on Uber eats and easily spend a ton since I have family of 5. I hate that I will no longer be ordering from here. But after experiencing this today, I would be foolish to spend money with an establishment who did not put their customer first. Sad

The burgers are a 9/10. Fresh quality beef in a soft buttery bun. What makes the burger so great are the fresh vegetables and pickles that pop when you bite into it. The warm meat and bun contrasted by the cold juicy fresh veggies makes every bite awesome. I’ve also had the chicken wrap which is also amazing. The fries are just average which is why I give it 4, bit 5, stars. Will come back and try the onion rings…and everything else on the menu lol

Simple, honest and solid. Song is a real hard worker and talented food maker. The photos don’t make justice to the impression that this food is. The burger is massive and super delicious. Very fresh ingredients and a daily made buns really make a difference. I highly recommend this place. Better to come hungry!

The restaurant itself was ok. The tables were dirty so we had to clean one ourselves. The food, however, was amazing. I had a cheeseburger with onion rings. The hamburger is really big and has so much flavor. The onion rings were made perfectly.

This is one of the best burgers I’ve eaten and the fries are crispy and well seasoned! Their regular burgers all come with mayo but I asked them to add mustard to mine also. All ingredients are very fresh and meat is well seasoned. They make their owne bread/buns each day too and they are delicious. My husband had their turkey melt and said it’s the best melt he’s ever had and it had egg and avacado too. He LOVED it with his sweet potatoe fries. Very impressed with this place and they have several locations!
