Love this place! It’s the best place to let the kids run around on a cold or rainy day and get energy out! Not too big and not too small. Been coming for 4 years and kids love it every time. We have even had a birthday party here as well that was incredible!

I’m giving 3 stars instead of lower because I’ve gone here with my 2 kids many times and usually the experience is great. Every employee is extremely nice! However, this week’s visit was a letdown. NOTHING was working and we still paid full price for admission. If things are out of order, there should be a discounted price and we should be told at the entrance in case we want to go elsewhere. The pirate ship (the main reason my daughter wanted to come here) was broken along...
