3 times I ordered DoorDash and order cant be filled because they have no help or can’t fill order . I get it once but every time . They shouldn’t be open for business. Or take their delivery option

I dont know where to start, we ordered two chicken biryani mild and one veg fried rice. Everything came out terrible. The biryani was so spicy, the veg rice had no taste. We got the order to go but figured cuz we hungry to just eat at the restaurant, i kid you not, it was 116 degrees outside and they had no AC, we were sweating eating spicy Biryani and we were just breathing hard. It was so hot and bad that people were serving sweating too and it was just disgusting. How can you keep it sanitary with food if the place inside felt like 130 degrees. Please don’t make our mistakes plenty of better food and places to go to

When I enter Katy Bakery and Biryani, I smelled the aroma of my native land, in the small village of Kerala India. To make the experience truly authentic, the biryani taste just like home! Im a very picky biryani eater, so for me to even give this 5 stars is a rarity in the cosmos. Keep up the hard work, you have now got a regular customer!

Not Bad. Samosa Chats are dingy. Young lady who takes orders is very humble How ever, they do keep forgetting to include all the items ordered so make sure you double check the take out. The owner even dropped the package home after I called. We need them in Katy. Lets hope they sustain.After a year - I can say they have improved in terms of food quality as well as service.

I've never seen or visited a place where even after specifying I'm a vegetarian (because of my religious beliefs) they give you chicken puff. It's like they intentionally want to make you eat meat. I wish some food authority sees this and investigates them.
