This place is great. The crowd is younger 20-30s. The place is great for pictures because it’s really well setup. The service is slow when there’s a ton of people but just take more drinks and youll forget about that. If it’s slow I’m sure it would be top notch. Definitely try it out!

Went there with a group of friends for the first time. It’s a beautiful venue. Amazing patio especially when the weather is nice. Great place to watch a game or celebrate a special occasion. They have a gigantic TV! They also have a pretty cool lounge that is 21 & up only. My only complaint was that I did not check my detailed bill when I closed out and when I reviewed it this morning I noticed that I was improperly charged for some of the drinks I ordered. On my first round I ordered two tall beers and was charged accordingly. I came to the bar a second time and ordered three more beers, but the smaller. (regular) sized ones. On the detailed bill I noticed I was charged the same price for each beer as I was on the first round. I hope this was inadvertent. We’ll definitely be back in the future, but also be sure to carefully go over my bill before closing out the next time.

The Katy Beer Garden is incredible!!! Fantastic environment for sports or hanging with friends, not to mention great food. What really made our experience is the bartender Eric! Super hospitable and awesome at attending to each customer’s needs, especially us.

FOOD- For being a Beer Garden and not a restaurant, the snacks and bites are great! From a BallPark Hot Dog on locally baked Challah Rolls to killer Bavarian Pretzels w/ a Melange of Dipping Sauces and Delicious Pineapple Sausage Flatbread Pizza + Plus More + a variety of Food Trucks.
ATMOSPHERE - I for one and am anxious type and can get Cabin Fever fairly easily, but Katy Beer Garden is very roomy inside with vaulted ceilings and behind a subtle curtain emerges a semi-secluded speak easy type of cocktail lounge with an eye popping bar. ....and that's just the inside..... outside there's a multi level patio, a green space, stage, big screen and tons of room for parties, meet and greets and 4 legged friends wont feel claustrophobic or un-welcome. Yes dogs are completely welcome inside (if its just too hot) and outside! This is why I saved the best for last....
SERVICE - I was selling my house this summer and needed a retreat to bring my girls (Dogs) during showings and open houses. I called and spoke to Olivia who not only answered my questions, but her enthusiasm itself demanded that I come (in the best way possible) to Katy Beer Garden with my dogs.
When i arrived, she intrinsically knew it was me that had called and had everything seemingly ready for the best 1/2 day off work with my Dogs I've had in some time.
Olivia just had a great attitude and made us feel welcome. Sat us in a perfect space and brought water bowls out for the girls, grabbed drinks, apps and continually checked in to make sure we were comfortable.
This is why you come back to places. This is why you tell others of places. This is why you tip in America.
Since that day. If Olivia is working and sees me. She will come and say hello and let me know that she remembers me and when we met.
Thank you Olivia! Had it not been for you answering the phone that day when I called, I'd have missed out on a hidden treasure when I needed it the most.
