$14.00/beer is absolutely ridiculous when that same beer can be had anywhere else in the city for less than half that. Are they temporarily exploiting the farmer's market? This kind of robbery ensures that I'll never set foot in the place again. The workers were friendly, and that's about the only positive thing I can say.

Recently since new management change it has been on huge decline. I have been coming here for years and always have brought friends, this no longer is the go to place. Bar tenders are rude due to management breathing down neck. Drinks are never cold and the service is no good I would recommended anyplace but this!

Found this place just driving by since we were planning to go to the Katy Beer Garden but the parking was ridiculous there at the beer garden so I was so glad we found Katy Crossing Icehouse. Nancy provides excellent service to our group and the cocktails they prepare are spot on. Also the bottoms up beer draft system is cool to see when sitting at the bar. Truly recommend this place if you want a good chill vibe and want to support local business in Katy, TX

I felt cheated on my visit, I asked for the happy hour, and it was all wells for 4 dollars, simple, at my check time. I was surprised that I was charged 1 dollar extra for the tonic, yes the tonic. So I'm upset because it's not transparent. Their explanation was the inflation and owners decision to charge for the mixers. Why not chare $5.00 flat?
