Had fish and fry’s yesterday I thought it was pretty good good service from the workers and owner as well I’m glad I made the trip .well worth it .

They comes to my place of work every week. I decided to try it out after being warned that the food wasn’t good so I tried it myself. It didn’t taste good. It tasted like the grease was not cleaned in a long time some of my fries was burned and fish wasn’t cooked that well and they give me 1 fish and a little fries 2 pieces of bread for $14.00 . I should’ve listened the that person about this nasty food truck!

28.00 bucks for some just ok bbq brisket topped on some French fries, with some cheese and cream! I can see 9.99 or even 14.99 but 28.00 for THAT! I FELT LIKE I Was RIPPED OFF! I don't like to give negative reviews, but damn! Sorry never again.

I ate at Katy Slider's truck at Kirby Ice in The Woodlands while watching college football today. I got the Brisket Sliders which came with fries. It was done just perfectly - the BBQ sauce was just right - not too sweet, not too spicy, just enhancing the meat. The buns were hot like they were just out of the oven before they built the sliders is my guess. The fries were very good, cooked just long enough and sprinkled with a spice mixture that fit in with the brisket sliders very well. Just a wonderful lunch. The service was fine, wait time was fine. I saw an order of Brisket Fries come out and they looked like they would be great themselves, which I'll find out about next time I see Katy Sliders truck.

I ordered the brisket fries. It was not brisket. It was shredded beef with a lot of very sweet barbecue sauce. Even though I pre-ordered, the food was not ready. So they rushed, and the fries were under cooked.

I was charged an extra $2 a day after I purchased food here even though I didn’t add any extras or a tip. Very annoying because I felt like the prices were already high for the quality of the food. The fries didn’t have any salt and not sure why they’re called “loaded” sliders because they only come with lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, and a sauce. There’s nothing loaded about that…those toppings are pretty basic. The owner also could work on his customer service. I only came to the food truck because I was told he didn’t have a lot of customers but after eating here, I can see why
Fish was not well done and brisket fries was horrible. Definitely not worth $30.

My school invited this food truck for teachers to enjoy. I had the sweet potato fries and turkey sliders and it was delicious!The sweet potato fries were crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and perfectly seasoned. Each bite was a crunchy, slightly spicy, sweet-savory delight!As for the turkey sliders, they were juicy, flavorful, and topped with fresh veggies and creamy aioli.Overall, this truck nailed it with top-notch ingredients and delicious flavor. If you're in the mood for some comfort food done right, look no further!
