I ate at Katy Slider's truck at Kirby Ice in The Woodlands while watching college football today. I got the Brisket Sliders which came with fries. It was done just perfectly - the BBQ sauce was just right - not too sweet, not too spicy, just enhancing the meat. The buns were hot like they were just out of the oven before they built the sliders is my guess. The fries were very good, cooked just long enough and sprinkled with a spice mixture that fit in with the brisket...
I ordered the brisket fries. It was not brisket. It was shredded beef with a lot of very sweet barbecue sauce. Even though I pre-ordered, the food was not ready. So they rushed, and the fries were under cooked.
My school invited this food truck for teachers to enjoy. I had the sweet potato fries and turkey sliders and it was delicious!The sweet potato fries were crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and perfectly seasoned.
