Had the Beef Shish Wrap, and I loved it. It was so good I am surprised why there isn't a huge line outside of people wanting to eat this. The best one I had in Houston!

Really great food truck! We love their cheese roll ups, and we've tried just about everything on the menu. My favorite is the adana wrap and my family also are big fans of the atom wrap. Great prices, awesome food.

Kebab time is my favorite shawarma spot in all of Houston! I got their adana kebab plate, and the taste is divine!! The kebab is perfectly spiced and juicy, the ratio of sauce to kebab is well balanced, and the bread around it is nice and toasted. There is also adequate seating around the food truck park, and a small play area for kids too! Overall, I would highly recommend this spot.

we waited too long for our order. we came and placed an order at 5:13pm and they gave it to us at 6:22pm, not only that, they gave us the wrong order, instead of chicken shashlik, he gave us shawarma and it was very spicy, instead of a burger with potatoes, he just gave a burger without potatoes, although they are on the menu and are indicated, we told him several times that this was not our order, to which he ignored us, and everything was very spicy, but plus, it is delicious. I was very upset and the time wasted, the structure was ruined, so I did not want to eat anymore and of course minus the money, I paid all 60$ for this

I’m not sure of the man’s name who was at the window, but he was super friendly, kind and patient. I ordered the Chicken Kebab Wrap it comes with fries and purple cabbage, it was super delicious 😋. The fries were a little salty for me, but of course Ik to ask for lightly sprinkled next time. 10/10 highly recommend!
Kid-friendliness: They are located at the Katy Foodie Park. The park has swings and games for the kids. Family friendly location.

I don’t know if the owner here has changed; it’s disappointing. I threw the Adana wrap in the trash; it was not cooked well. We couldn’t eat the beef shawarma either, so we threw it away too, and ended up covered in oil. If you’re looking for authentic Turkish kebab and doner, this is not the right place. I threw the wraps in the trash right in front of them, and they offered to make new ones, but I refused. What difference would a replacement make for a bad product? So, just paid for trash.
