Horrible. The chicken was soggy and the biscuit was raw. The coleslaw was sour and seemed like it had gone bad for 3 days. I called customer service and they just escalated my case to someone else but didn’t give me any answers.

My unfavorable review of this KFC joint was years in the making and bound to happen after previous visits where I really wanted to provide my experience and opinion but really wanted to give them a chance.

1. Don't come here if you expect any decent customer service. It's obvious people skills not part of the franchise training curriculum.

2. Chickens fried in dark looking oil and saturated with it. We literally had to use paper towels to squeeze out the oil. Looks as if the pieces were leftover from the previous day because they looked refried. Skins were soft like wet tissues and dark brown looking.

3. Overpriced. I must have slept the last decade and woken up to massive inflation. Their regular size sides such as corn, mashed potatoes and cole slaw which are extremely small servings but priced at $3.39 each. Four over baked, dried biscuits came out to be almost $6.

Came to try out KFC for the first time in years because of a promo I saw online. Had a very frustrating experience with the website removing the promo item *after* checkout.

Thankfully all of the staff at this location was extremely kind and professional and helped me take care of it on-site.

Huge thanks to the manager, Axel. The mobile ordering was annoying, but the staff gave me hope that KFC really is turning things around.

Food was hot and order was ready when I arrived. Biscuits were smashed almost flat. One box of chicken was fried a golden color while the other was not, breading was light and fell if of chicken

I wish I had taken a picture of the food they packed and gave me for dinner it was cooked in aged oil, over done biscuits and even the rootbeer was flat this particular location really needs a leadership visit! I actually drove all the way back to show them what they had served me which is a first for me!

Placed an order at 5pm for 7:45pm pickup. Showed up the location at 7:50pm and order was not ready. Asked and was told to wait ten minutes. No one eating in the store and no cars in the drive thru so not sure why the delay. Asked after ten minutes and still not ready. Ended up taking 30 minutes. Completely unprofessional and offered no explanation. Had a similar experience here in the past and it turns out it was not a one off situation. Will not be returning to this location.

Walked in and everyone was standing around the counter. I and two others walked in and asked a question to the manager at the counter about the chicken. The manager never looked at us he angrily responded and ignored us. So we walked out.
