This is very sad, because you think that you can trust the recipe and quality of fast food chains, and you wouldn't think that a famous international chain would be selling overcooked batches. Because of this experience, we all agreed that we need to stick with either Popeyes or Church's when we crave American fast food fried chicken again.

Today I was so shocked. I had an awesome experience here at KFC. I visited this KFC on Mason Road in Katy Texas. Upon my arrival, Dennis, Nate and Lamar helped me choose the food took care of me very swiftly and had great customer service. The environment was very clean and very customer friendly and I can honestly say for eating this for the first time in my life it was definitely a great experience!!!

The manager made me go inside to pick up doordash order while trying to use drive thru. When I go inside for the order he tells me doordash drivers (not referring to me he said) mess up his orders and grab the wrong items. I'm like well mr smarty manager then you should allow doordash drivers to use drive thru then. There's no harm in that!!

Tonight, at 830pm, I was told there were no more chicken strips, no more white meat, and no more extra crispy of anything. Poor planning by the entire staff! And, 2 more hours to go before closing for the night! I am very disappointed by the available selections....

They need to pay better to hire good staff, and they should update the store, they say they do not have to scan the offers you receive by text message. According to the manager, he could help me with my order and I never turned to see me after an employee told him about me, I was standing for more than 10 minutes and he kept giving priority to all other people before me. I am not back NEVER
I went to pick up my order from KFC today, but when I politely asked for some ice, the staff refused without giving any reason. On top of that, my order was incomplete. It was disappointing, especially since I made the effort to pick it up myself. I hope the store can review this issue and improve the service quality.

Told me my chicken was gonna be a 5 minute wait ended up being 20 minutes and counting because they gave away the chicken meant for my order. The staff is all very confused ….. the manager isnt leading. Meanwhile they have customers receiving wrong orders and getting upset. Unless you want to wait and still be disappointed I would not come here to this location.

After reading all the comments I decided to not even attempt to drive to this place. Too many negative reviews so I'll just keep the memory of what KFC use to taste like and how the people who worked there were passionate about cooking and serving the people that trusted the product. The cost has risen but the service and quality of the food has decreased according to many of the reviews. There were offers but the link did not work and according to some comments the manager may have honored the offer but depended on the attitude of the day. I may visit for myself as a secret shopper and bring back updates but as for now $30 to $40 for a bucket of chicken is out rageous especially if the morale is poor because another worker did not show up and they are short-handed.

The food they send for delivery is trash, old, leftover scraps. The reason I ordered delivery is bc I had surgery and unable to drive; otherwise, I would have taken it back. Now I have to spend more money to order something decent.

What happened?!?! The food used to be decent. The original fried chicken was unevenly coated, overly salty, and super dry from overcooking - not edible. 🤯🤯🤯Thighs are drumsticks are hard to mess up, but this place managed to dehydrate both.😩😩😩
