I don't know why it always late. Never on time at least one time The app said the time ready to pickup. I came and wait 15-20 min more. Seems all KFC stores serve all customers order in store first.

Macaroni and cheese is the biggest reason it's a 2 star rating. Didn't taste like it normally does. Chicken was really dry and crispy, when it was suppose to be original.
Biscuits were ON POINT! that's the reason it got 2 stars (instead of 1). Gentleman at the register was great as well!!

Never coming back to this location again. They mailed me coupons, only to inform me in person that they don't accept the coupons🤦🏼‍♀️Ridiculous.

WORST KFC ever. The app said my order was ready at 2:40pm and 20 mins later, I’m still waiting for it. Finally done at 3pm. When does it take 30 mins to prepare a small to go order for one when there was 1 car in the drive thru and 1 diner in the restaurant???

The dark-haired lady on today's shift has tremendous bad manners, Sunday 9, 2025, a terrible attitude, horrible bad manners, I went a lot and I had never had this problem, this bad vixen is different, I won't go anymore, it's not worth it, terrible service, if she's in a bad mood, then don't come to work.

Stop in through the drive-thru ordered 8 piece.
Bucket original Regular mashed potatoes with gravy. Was not busy at all.
Between 5 minutes till 1 and 5 after made it home. Kids ate the chicken. I ate a piece and realized it was raw. Look at the chicken. Wasn't even original a little bit. Original on the sides, very disappointed. Hopefully.
Don't have to visit the hospital contacted k. F c's 800 number to report this. What I wanted to do is get me $5. Coupon told him to stick it up.
Why would I eat at another KFC? If They? can't control their management or staff in the cooking quality and not raw. Shameful the way they do things.... Could not post a picture.
Very scary.

02/27/2025- Went to get a 4 wing meal. I waited 10 minutes before anyone came to the register. When the manager came to take my order, she was rude and not customer friendly. So I left without ordering. I’ve been going there for years, but for the last few months the customer service has been terrible, and the wait time is ridiculous.This is the second time I had a bad experience there, so I won’t be going back.

The attention is very bad, a dark-haired lady was desperate because it was difficult for me to speak English and she made faces at me, I realized that she did the same thing to a person before me because it was difficult for us to communicate in her language, it is very unpleasant that they are not tolerant. The truth is I prefer to buy in other stores that are not tolerant KFC

Absolutly the worst chicken I've gotten from here in 15 years: I ordered a 12 peice bucket of original recipe with 2 side of cole slaw and 1 side of sweet corn. The cashier got a serious attitude when I asked how fresh the chicken was, had to ask 3 times before she said it was cooked 45 minutes ago. I got my order home to realize the cashier gave me 2 corns and 1 cole slaw and the chicken was overcooked crispy and not original recipe. The chicken was hard, dry, and chewy. KFC on S. Mason road has gone downhill so badly that I'm surprised they can even stay open. My suggestion: fire your staff and manager and start from scratch, hire people that care about the quality of their product. You've lost a long time customer today.

Long wait times are the norm here - I've never received an order in under 1 hour. The staff seems poorly trained and consistently displays a negative attitude. The service quality is disappointing, and they fail to meet basic customer service standards. Would not recommend.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

I ordered food here, got home and saw they have me the wrong food. I called 15times and no one answered. I went back and the manager on duty on 1/31/25, a black lady told me I should have brought back the food. No remorse or empathy that I had to drive back 25 mins because no one picked up the phone after calling them 15 times. I showed her the proof but she still insisted I should have brought back the whole order. Well last time ordering from the S Mason location.

Bought two famous bowls and a side of gravy the price of gravy is outrageous 3 dollars for a side that was barely half fill when I get home I realized my mashed potatoes bowl only had 5 pieces of chicken and half the mashed potatoes really disappointed don’t recommend to stop at this location worst service ever
