Never have I ever been treated so rude by having someone (manager especially) tell me to order something on the app after already ordering food and supposed to get a free wrap and then make me pay for it and make me call customer service for half an hour and be left hanging high and dry and treated like a disgusting bad guy...theres no other kfc even close by and I hate this one so much as the food is always terrible and the people are lazy...never did get corporate to refund my purchase that I was forced to make BTW so please dont think theyre any help

Used the app to buy a family value meal and was supposed to get a free wrap. When my husband picked up the food he didnt receive it and the manager told him to order a wrap on the app and he would show him how to get it complimentary. All in all he made him pay for a wrap and then made him call customer service to get it for free and walked away. After calling customer service nothing happened and my food got cold and was treated very rudely after asking for fresh chicken. And never even did get out money back. Not the first problem Ive had here also, nothing but teenagers who work there and always out of everything at night

Went thru the drive thru, man had to handle something....but took my order just as fast. Paid. Got food. He told some mofo in my way to move....perfect. because I would have laid on my horn, gtfo the way, bruv. My Karen is growing stronger everyday.

This is the first time I really had a bad experience with this location maybe it's because I braught a kfc coupon that was supose to give me a 12 pc orginal and 3 sides and biscuits and I received 12 pcs 2 sides and some biscuits and was charged for an additional side .If it was my first time there I would not go back and I didnot go back to sort out the order my loss but everybody has a bad day

Every time we come to this location they are closed. The operating hours say it opens at 10:30 but they do not open at that time. It is now 10:40 and I can see an employee sitting down eating but the door is locked.

Completely disappointed with the chicken we received the chicken tenders were hard as rocks and they forgot the gravy to the mashed potatoes so I proceeded to call the manager and he argued with me. It was around 5:00 PM and said that the chicken was fresh it was not I used to be a manager at KFC and I know how the chicken keeps in there warmer it had been sitting there for hours.
