Do not believe the rating at this place. We have been here a few times and each time it's been disappointing. This last visit is the last time I ever buy here. The donut I got is so stale, dry, and OLD, it's visible! And it taste like it's going bad! Why are they serving food this old??? ? There are other places in Katy that are serving fresher, tastier food. If they want to keep customers they need to do better. Also selection was very limited and meager at 9:45am on a Sunday. We've been to other donuts shops Sunday morning that are fully stocked.

Man these small kolaches are the best, however, the owner is the most disrespectful liar I've ever encountered. I drove across town with my kids to get these great small kolaches and when I walk in I see half a tray of kolaches that look like they've been overcooked and there most of the morning and just as I'm looking this worker brings out a fresh tray of the kolaches I want and takes away the old kolaches. Walks to the back with both trays. Another worker comes out and I say I'd like "that kind" of kolache and he walks to the back and brings out the old tray. He's followed by the owner and I ask them if they have the other tray and the owner says these are all they have and I said I just saw the lady with the other tray of kolaches and he gets mad and says these out here are all we have. I told them I didn't want the kolaches and I wouldn't be back and he got flustered and said bye. Great kolaches, but a liar straight to your face loses a customer every time.

I used to come by here every morning before work but now I start earlier and even though the store hours start at 5:30am they keep the doors locked until it's too late for me. If I show up at 5:45 and the doors are locked then that's bad for business... won't be coming here anymore...

Gave this place two shots due to its high ratings, very disappointing both times and overpriced. First time I arrived and the store opened 30 minutes late, when I ordered they only had apple fritters and kolaches, they were mediocre. I came again hoping I just had a bad experience, had all items this time but same result, and the worst donut holes I’ve ever had.
