I have frequented this great location for 20 years. The owner down to the counter staff have all been sweet and accommodating. The food always good, fresh and tasty. Always love the occasional specials & unique Kolaches. Yes, occasionally they run out of the popular items but that happens since they are always so busy. Just have to get in early. Been to other locations and by far I like the personal touch and attention here. Get to know the staff and you'll appreciate the service as well. You can't please everyone so keep up the great work. I hope to continue coming for another 20 years.

Graciela is awesome, so friendly, kind and welcoming. HOWEVER, the older Asian lady that runs the place is AWFUL. The rudest, most curt and demeaning person I have personally witnessed in a food service leadership role. She is a bully to her staff, and an utter grouch to her customers. I went back more than once hoping she was just having a bad day but Im afraid she is ALWAYS having a bad day and gets a sadistic thrill out of projecting that negativity onto those who cross her warpath. I learned my lesson and wont be back.. I feel sorry for her staff and would recommend ANYONE TO FIND A DIFFERENT LOCATION.

I placed an order on door dash, the order came sealed. When I opened the box only 3 of the 7 kolaches that I ordered were in the box. I called the store to get some assistance with getting my money back and who ever answered the phone said that it was impossible for them to forget putting them in the box. So all I can say is thanks for screwing me out of money. I will not be returning or placing another order.

The Kolaches are delicious. The atmosphere is not very nice.
Graciela is great! The manager is evil we came In at 1:25 before the half price kolaches and Graciela bagged it up for us and at 1:27 we told them we would wait, and Emily made Graciela put all of the kolaches back and we waited 3 minutes until Graciela had to repackage all of the kolaches again. Emily is a terrible Manager!!! Graciela is a hard worker and a sweetheart.
