We take our wonderfully semi-sweet dough and allow it to proof for up to an hour until light and fluffy, then they are baked to perfection. Make sure your holiday festivities have these on the table! Your family will devour them we promise!1 dozen of our famous Dinner Rolls. Choose from plain or topped with poppyseed or sesame seed. Available Baked or Frozen to bake at home.*Limit 6 dozen. I absolutely adore Kolaches! When I travel to west Texas on Interstate-10 I always grab some of these delicious sweet and savory pastries. This store is located close to the interstate and easy to quickly access.

This is the best Kolache Factory in Texas!!! I am always ordering for the team and they are always satisfied. I can tell the Manager Rosie takes pride in everything she does. It flows in to the rest of her team!

Really nice lady greeted us and took my order. I got the pepperoni pizza and Philly kolaches. The Philly one was pretty good, and I was really looking forward to the pizza one. It was overstuffed with pepperoni and was super salty because of it. Not much cheese and barely any sauce. Felt like I just ate half the package of those pre-sliced pepperoni things from the grocery store.
