I had a coupon for 50% off but did not notice the coupon expired. I asked them to hold my order for 5 mins and I said I would come and provide another coupon which was not expired. They made a big fuss and was so rude about it at the drive by and did not provide me this courtesy. I have been a customer for 12 years with them at this location. You lost a loyal customer today.

Decent kolaches but I donāt understand why the person grabbing and packing my kolaches does not wear glovesā¦they grab a tinyyy thinnnn piece of what looks like parchment paper to grab my items then stuff it into the bag along with the piece of paper. Atleast grab the kolaches with some tongs/utensils or something.

This message goes to the owner of this location, I was mistreated and disrespected by your employee, Reina, I was called a low class for using coupons that I got at HEB, she spoke to me and my niece with no respect, yelling and in a rude manner talking to me, she refused to give me her name, the store number or the corporate number ā¦ I even tried to speak to the manager but Reina stated she didnāt have a way to contact her, which she later did after I told her I was going to call corporate; my niece was present throughout the whole scandal she was giving me about my coupons, not to mention that whatever rule she was trying to rudely follow was not printed on the coupon, therefore it shouldnāt be āenforcedā, something I tried to explain to her but she was simply not willing to listen. Kolachee factory is known for not only their great food but also loving and caring customer service, something both owner and employee lacked.
