Friendly service and good prices. Surprisingly this Kolache Factory has a Very different menu from the one I usually go to on Spring Green Rd. The food is very good but the kolaches are different flavors and different sizes.

It’s been a while since I’ve gone to this specific location because I usually go to the main headquarters, but I love the kolache factory so much. They always have amazing warm fresh food and it’s always hitting. This place is amazing for dates, hanging out with friends, going with your family, or even coming by yourself. As always, much love from Houston and the universe.

If you're aiming for poor customer service then def derseve 5 stars!!!Popped in for Jalapeno poppers, told by cashier they are in the oven and be out in 35 mins. I told her i will pop back for them and returned in 15 mins to be told they are all gone as customers pre pay for them. Firstly, how can they be sold if they required to be in the oven for 35 mins??? Then told i would have to wait a further 40 mins for the next batch. No apology, zero customer skills and no offer of a coffee or anything else!!Lost 4 customers today well done !!!
