This is my 2nd time here. Firdt timd no issues and the 2 younger ladies wheee very nice and helpful.The lady(maybe in her late 40s) at the checkout today was rude and had a bad attitude. She was rolling her eyes child we ordered. We went to pay with a $100 bill and she said they can't take larger then a $20. Then you need to have a sign posted on your covid glass or on the entrance of the store. Train your staff to be friendlier.
We ordered 12 kolaches. The person working the counter wrote down what we wanted on the box in specific places. Not only did she not put the correct kolaches in the box, she placed them in the wrong order. Terrible.
Food & services..very good. BUT - it's time to take down the plastic covid shields, folks. Firstly there's little evidence these prevented anything (the air is recycled throughout the store). And for myself who has hearing loss, really - it is VERY difficult to understand your staff behind the shields. Kindly consider taking them down. Warm regards,

I have only been twice and the service was very bad, not even a good morning or a thank you. The first time a man served me and the second time a lady and they were very disinterested and in no mood to work but the food is very good I hope that improve your staff
