Food & services..very good. BUT - it's time to take down the plastic covid shields, folks. Firstly there's little evidence these prevented anything (the air is recycled throughout the store). I have only been twice and the service was very bad, not even a good morning or a thank you. The first time a man served me and the second time a lady and they were very disinterested and in no mood to work but the food is very good I hope that improve your staff

I am very aware that this store is just lazy, I make sure I call ahead and order my usual *Strawberry kolaches*. They never have them and I have to fight them to make them anyway. Half the time I get hit with this excuse “our cook left for the day” and it will be at noon.. so today was the last straw.. I placed the order before I left my house. I arrived at 10am and I was told they still have 15 min. Ok… so at 10:30 I check on the order and I get “it has 2 more minutes” for starters I know they take about 10min to make. Only because they forgot to make them one time and then started making them and they were completely done in 10min. So I told the lady I’m confused as to why they are taking so long and she got snotty back with me. No ma’am!

As someone visiting from outta state, Mr. Franco went above and beyond to make my Kolache experience the best! I could not just pick one as my favorite. The Philly cheese steak was great though. Highly recommend and would definitely come back.

The last three times I visited, this location was out of sausage and cheese kolaches. Once was even five minutes after opening. Then today, I tried calling twice and after the phone rang for almost a minute and no one answered. I’d rather drive further out to another location to get better service and have actual food to buy.

Met such an amazingly sweet girl helping the counter today. My daughter isn’t familiar with was to buy since she has always been a bit picky. She was very kind of n waiting and offering suggestions. In no way did she make us feel like we were bothering her. She was so welcoming and helpful. I would come back just because of her.
Parking: Shopping center is small and has a Starbucks with a drive up. Do I need to say more why parking was a bit difficult?

This was one of my many visits and as always it was excellent.Walked in and was greeted by the Cashier Maria. She remembers the order I take for work and for myself, convinced me to try the new Texas Apple Croissant and my coworkers loved it!As always she has a very good attitude and is really patient when I can’t make up my mind. I’ll be back for more delicious kolaches and her service.
