Giant chunks Tomato’s in their Ranchero and a laughable amount of sausage in the sausage and egg. Not the first time getting kolaches that are nothing like every other location. Last stop ever at this location

Went into the store on Fry, it is 10:30am and no sausage kolache, or ham and they had trays in the side and the employee didn’t even bother to look and see if they were cooking or will be ready soon. Employee don’t smile and are very bland.

I’ve always had great experiences at the Kolache Factory on Katy – the whole staff is friendly, efficient, and welcoming. But I have to take a moment to highlight the exceptional service I received from Nathan.
During a recent visit, my go-to kolache flavor was sold out. Nathan didn’t just apologize and move on he went above and beyond. He took the time to suggest an alternative flavor, and his friendly, positive attitude made the whole interaction feel personal and thoughtful. Thanks to his recommendation, I discovered a new favorite!

I don't understand why they don't offer to make more when they run out of a flavor. I ordered around 11 and they close at 2 so I wouldn't mind waiting. If they don't have it they just stare at you and shrug. I had to settle for plain sausage kolache's because they ran out of two flavors I was looking for and then when I finally tried to eat there was a long hair baked into dough of one 😭 . So it was waste of money :)

Place is clean but staff energy is pretty low. No one seems happy to be working and they hardly ever have enough of the most popular Kolaches. They cook one batch and after that its good luck to you. Come before 11am or you get scraps.

I wanted to purchase over 60.00 worth of kolaches. When I tried to pay they would not accept 100.00 bills, the cashier claimed this is against company policy. She pointed to a paper hanging on the wall. I did not get anything and I drove up the street to Shipley and they got my money.
I can deal with mediocre at best employees.
