I’ve always had great experiences at the Kolache Factory on Katy – the whole staff is friendly, efficient, and welcoming. But I have to take a moment to highlight the exceptional service I received from Nathan.

During a recent visit, my go-to kolache flavor was sold out. Nathan didn’t just apologize and move on he went above and beyond. He took the time to suggest an alternative flavor, and his friendly, positive attitude made the whole interaction feel...

Place is clean but staff energy is pretty low. No one seems happy to be working and they hardly ever have enough of the most popular Kolaches. They cook one batch and after that its good luck to you. Come before 11am or you get scraps.
