The food is good and tasty, but there are long wait times to get it. I placed an order for pickup 30min ahead of time and had to wait an extra 15min when I got there just for them to put it together.
My main issue is how they overcharge customers without any care. I had to order pickup through a third party channel (toast), because you can’t do it directly with them. After ordering I noticed prices are severely increased and Toast rounds up the tax as well, so you get charged more. On top of that, when I picked up my food they were out of the $5 tea they had charged me for, so I ask to please cancel and refund, which they said they would but never did. The full charge still went through.
I have to say that although the food is good, I could never support a business with such low morals who expects their customers to simply ignore their overcharge for an undelivered product.

This was an amazing experience. I can easily say one of the best burgers I have ever eaten. I had the Home Sweet Avacado burger and parm truffle fries with the mayo sauce. My husband had the classic with kimchi. I didn't think I liked kimchi but I was wrong. It made me change my mind about kimchi.
Great service, interesting flavours but I don't understand the 4.9 rating.... Fries were so salty we could barely eat them and the burgers, while good, were no better than other burger places nearby.

Ordered the K-Town Cowboy:
Perfectly cooked medium rare, great toppings, seasoning, and balance in a burger. Price is reasonable and mid tier in terms of burger focused restaurants. Juicy, great fat content, no component overpowered each other.
Fries: I just got basic fries but they were cooked perfectly, and more importantly, seasoned perfectly. They stood on their own and didn't need ketchup but if you wanted that extra sweetness, they served it on the side for you.
Clean restaurant, good playlist, good vibes.

ASTOUNDING burger quality in an unassuming storefront. Katy Asian town is already packed with great choices from across the globe, but the burgers here are next level. Sure the toppings and combinations of flavors are interesting, but even if you order a basic bun-n'-done you're going to taste the quality and care in the ingredients.
I've been multiple times at different times of the day, with different levels of busy. They're consistently good and staff is consistently on their game. The portions are great. The fries are not included but are hot and definitely enough to share across two orders.
I'm making my way through the menu, so far the k-town cowboy and fire on the mountain are fighting for first place.
