Yummy....
We just happened upon Kiche Restaurant and are so glad we did! The service was absolutely amazing—everyone was friendly, attentive, and made us feel right at home. The food was excellent, full of flavor and beautifully presented. You can tell a lot of care goes into every dish. It’s rare to find a place that checks all the boxes for both great food and great service, but Kiche truly does. We will definitely be back!

The food was very good. It felt fresh, almost homemade. Very authentic despite being my first time trying Guatemalan food. Atmosphere and service was excellent. They had marimba going in the background. Overall a great experience. Very family friendly.

I honestly was a little bit disappointed in the food. The only thing that really was authentic and super rich in flavor was the chuchitos. We were so excited to try the garnachas but they were made with ground beef. Should have ordered the chicken ones. The taste was good but just threw me off. The sweet bread was not the best. And our waiter wasn’t super friendly. The place was beautiful and the music in the background was great. Maybe it’s different on the weekend?

Kiché in Katy, Texas is truly a gem! From the moment we walked in, the friendly service made us feel right at home. The food brought me straight back to my homeland, it tastes just like back home in Guatemala. I had the chance to enjoy traditional dishes like garnachas, chuchitos, rellenitos de plátano, carne guisada, empanada de pollo, and so much more. Every bite was delicious and authentic.
The atmosphere was wonderful as well, we loved the marimba music playing in the background, which made the whole experience even more special. The restaurant keeps its food original, the prices are fair, and the portions are generous.
Kiché is the perfect place for anyone wanting to experience the flavors of Guatemala or simply enjoy great food in a warm and welcoming environment. We will definitely be back!

Best Food I’ve had in Katy!
Every side, every sauce, every entree, is superb. The service is attentive, the space is well decorated, but casual enough for families. Our kids love their pizza, and my wife and I LOVE the Guatemalan cuisine.
And the food is an excellent value!!

My husband and I love El Kiche, but we recently moved and the Westheimer location became further from us. We saw that there was a Katy location opened which is significantly closer to us, and we thoroughly enjoyed our experience. The Guatemalan flavors and cuisine is there and tastes exactly like the parent location. Will be back soon!
