Went there because we wanted KFC. Once we got home with the food we realized it is not a KFV anymore.The food was average. Not great but not bad.

I wish I had read the reviews. I’m sorry but this is awful. The gravy tastes awful, chicken is bland. Macaroni and cheese is bland. The biscuit was okay but I think that’s just in comparison to the rest of this awful meal.

We were hesitant to try it after reading the reviews but decided to give it a go. The chicken itself was moist and had good flavor. The batter wasn't flavorful, but it wasn't flavorless. The mashed potatoes and gravy were ok. It was FAR from the worst fried chicken I have had and I would try other things on the menu if we end up that was again.

So I thought this was still a KFC went yesterday came back home opened the mashed potatoes, macaroni, and noticed the chicken bucket was different. The macaroni was very watered down no flavor my son even spit it out the mashed potatoes had no flavoring as well the chicken was ok but still needed more seasoning. Never going back more like a nock off KFC

I ordered a 16 piece meal. All my sides were spoiled. The chicken looked and tasted like gas station chicken. I called to speak to the manager, someone named Crystal answered the phone and she said what do I want or how can she help me without identifying that she was the manager so I continued to give her my complaint. She then decided to raise her voice at me started yelling at me telling me to bring the food back if I was not happy with it I told her that my kids had served themselves a plate and tasted the food and realized it was spoiled so we threw it out I live in Brookshire and she wanted me to drive back to Katy to drop off the food. I told her I wanted a refund she took my number and hung up. It was in no way any food i have ever had or tasted from KFC. When placing my order she also told me that she could not give me 16 pieces of original she said she had to mix it with crispy because they did not have that much original. I asked for hot sauce, thinking it would be KFC hot sauce and it looked like hot sauce from some random place. Worst experience ever! DO NOT EAT THERE!

Evacuated from Port Arthur to Katy for Hurricane Laura. We wanted something different that's not sold in our area. We saw this place thought it was KFC but noticed it was different so we decided to try it. I apologize because I don't like giving bad reviews. The service was good but that chicken need to be seasoned, the Macaroni was disgusting, & the mash potatoes and gravy

Omg, so ... the manager (indian gentleman) was SUUUUPER rude! And then his employees back him up over his shoulders and scream at you too... he tried to make me believe that my food was supposed to be sitting in straight oil.(about three inches of it) And basically told me that my taste of good is completely off and doesn't correspond with everybody else's? Lol, like what!? Dont other coming here, and if you do, don't bother submitting a complaint because you're going to be the one who's wrong.

KFC Corporate would do the dining public of Katy, TX a favor and raze this place to the ground. I've experienced bad service at this location, but last night was a new low. Entered the dine-in area a full two hours before the stated closing hours. The drive-thru was empty and I was the ONLY person inside the restaurant other than the two employees who inexplicably refused to come and take my to-go order. The male employee saw me enter and used his headset to alert a female employee. She poked her head out from the back and then I never saw her again. From that point on, every few minutes, the male employee would peek through the grill from the back to check if I was still there. I asked if they were still open which they plainly were. Never got a response from either employee. After waiting 15 minutes, I left. This experience seems to mirror the abysmal reviews I've read about this location's service. If the franchisee-owner has any business sense, he would better serve the town of Katy by retraining his staff, firing his current staff and rehire new people, or just simply close this place down and go do something else.
