Disappointing staff. A woman who works here locked and blocked the doors at 10:55pm, 5 minutes before closing. After pointing out to her that it was only 10:55pm and telling her that she was closing the store early, she shrugged and told me I was wrong. I didn't spend more than a minute or two arguing with her because I could tell she had already made up her mind and wasn't going to unlock the store. All I needed to do was quickly buy some diapers for my newborn... This is the third time I have found this employee closing before store hours. I told myself that I wouldn't waste my time going back to this store after the second incident. Consider this 4 fewer Kroger customers than yesterday. I will drive the extra 5 minutes to shop at literally any other grocery or convenience store, and I will not let my wife or two kids have their time wasted here either.

BAKERY TERRIBLE I ordered a Spiderman Birthday cake for my sons 5th Birthday the lady who took my order was great assured she would add things to make it look spectacular. Well...., wasn't the case when I picked it up. 1st off the name was spelt wrong. The image printed on the cake was crooked & they didn't add the boarder around the cake as we discussed. I'm sorry to say but it was one of the ugliest/worst cakes I had EVER seen. Quality was poor. I DO NOT recommend this Krogers for any Birthday cake orders. NEVER Again. Sad part was I still had to display this at my sons party.

Having just gone to the worst Kroger in the history of Kroger's (On N. Fry Rd.), I wanted to give a review for this location which is my normal Kroger.The staff is overall friendly and professional. The managers are awesome, even those who are very, very young. The store is quite clean. I do wish that they had more things in stock that were on sale, as running out is fairly typical. I do wish that they stopped more fruits and vegetables by dedicating more space to those items; however, the quality is very good, and the prices are extremely reasonable. The Kroger app is not exactly user-friendly, but the managers at the store will go out of their way to assist you, and to help you get the right prices for items that are glitching in the app.

Nice Kroger in the area! Products are nice and fresh! The store is clean I came here for money service but it was closed unfortunately for the day... will come back again!Yet I like Kroger in general! :) Come and get your shopping done Cheers

You SHOULD up date your HOURS !!. People like my self ck this app to make SURE about the business I care to go without WASTING TIME !!! Got there 49 mins before close time. ,,,, got there and find out about they new hours close at 11 PM !!! We'll I'm Yelp said otherwise

Prices are through the roof, as expected from a Chicago based company. I'm fairly lazy, so I take my 5 gallon water jugs there for a refill. If the machine works, I shop. Which means I don't shop at Kroger very often as the machines NEVER work.

Read this if you plan to work here. I would like to share my experience with this place let me start off by saying that the interview I had was pathetic.Not because of the stupid questions but the manager.She did everything good until the interview.I sat down where she told me and followed up with her questions.All this manager did was criticize everything I said as a response to her questions to the point where, I just wanted to give up.She said I'm touching my ring to much ,she said I'm too nervous. It's an interview what do you expect.Then she told me she wants somebody confident.she continued to trash me out by comparing me with teens my age.Note I don't have dyed hair or cause trouble and very hard worker and I always listen.So I looked at her like wtf she saying as she continues she starts talking about her life story.Im not your therapist.She said I worked here for a very long time as manager she said I've been treated bad by customers.Indirectly saying that I can't handle harsh customers cause she couldn't even handle someone saying shutup to her like lmfao that's nothing. Then I started to cry cause she disrespected me too much.I can't believe what she then said after I started crying.It was so d*** she said I don't want my workers thinking I'm making you cry while covering herself and telling me to leave.I started thinking she isn't even confident herself she can't even own up to her mistakes.She to scared what others think of her.Looks like I'm more confident crying and showing how I feel and not worried about others opinions.Loss for her I've become more successful in business.This was supposed to be a review for 2018 but I never realized that I wasn't the problem.Funny thing is she voice mailed me after I already got a job somewhere else.She said I'll give you a chance.I deleted the message because first of all that doesnt sit right for me.One thing I do regret is not standing up to a d*** manager like her I was to understanding and kind to garbage.And second of all the new job I had paid more and manager was better with me and was willing to let me get experience. Next time instead of judging others you should judge yourself first.If yall have similar experiences yall should try applying for warehouses then trying to impress d*** people like this. Also the manager was a hispanic old lady sorry if your reading this manager but I really don't care I'm that confident exposing you.

Unfortunately, I have to give it one star and it really deserves less minus two, I went to this Kroger to buy big cupcakes for my husband’s birthday (I love these cupcakes) and my experience was a nightmare: as soon as I got to the bakery, the lady made me wait more than 10 minutes to ask me if I wanted anything, she had the worst attitude ever, I told her to give me 3 big cupcakes and when she grabbed them, she squeezed them so hard that she left her fingers marked so I asked her to give me another ones because those were misshapen, well, she looked at me like I offended her and sarcastically told me: yes ma’am… I was not going to argue with her so I decided to go to another Kroger where I got what I was looking for. Please be careful with the people you hire, customer service is always the key.

If I could give them a half star I would. I have been waiting for over an hour for a grocery pick up that was supposed to be picked up between 9-10am. It is now 11am and I checked in at 9:45am. Very unorganized.

This day 08/19/2020at 1500 i was self checking out at Kroger ;i forget my card and tried to ask the attendant Mr Mir for help where to put my phone number he was hesitant to help, i finally found on my own.the phone number did not work i told him i possibly must go to my car find my Kroger card..when i came back i let him know this was unprofessional ,he should have propose me to slide a card so i can benefit from Kroger discount. i been spending at least 200 dollars at Kroge

So, I went in this afternoon to purchase some fried chicken from the deli. They had plenty but there was no one around to help me. As I stand there waiting I see an employee come from around some equipment. I was startled to see he was wearing a mask below his nose and handling food. It is the 25th of November. Masks are required to even enter the store.I walked away and he never even said a word to me. I walked to the front of the store and saw a few other employees wearing their masks the same way. I asked to speak to a manager and after waiting about 5 minutes I left my name and number and walked out. Of course it is now 2 hours later and I don't expect I will ever hear from them.Enter and purchase food at your own peril. They do not have proper mask wearing techniques and it makes me question everything about the cleanliness of the shore.

The Starbucks in the Kroger's is trash! Poor customer service, slow, no emotion or concern towards customers! They have kids working there who are rude and need some people skills courses! I had to get smart with the cashier since his attitude was very sarcastic so therefor I treated him how he was tearing me ! Avoid this Starbucks no wonder it was empty at peek hours of the day! Definitely won't be going to this Starbucks at all!
