I started calling at 6:37 PM to place my order since I was getting close to the restaurant and they NEVER ANSWERED, now I know that sometimes there’s not someone at the front so I kept calling and calling. I finally arrived (BEFORE 7) and they were literally just waiting for 7 pm to leave… LITERALLY DECIDED TO SIT AROUND AND NOT DO ANYTHING FOR ALMOST 30 MINUTES.. SUPER SADAND UNGRATEFUL TO TREAT THEIR BUSINESS THAT WAY

I went to eat there for the first time last Wednesday and my server was very rude and was not willing to explain me the menu nor the food since it was my first time at a salvadoran restaurant I was very curious about the food and also excited to try it, but she was just not willing to help me at all and had an horrible and disgusting attitude. It was an old chubby lady with a ponytail. I am so disappointed and would not recommend this place at all.

It is obvious these people have a problem acknowledging and recognition of their mistakes . Seems like they are hostile when you complain about any issues . It’s obvious they keep messing orders and won’t own up to it . They skimp on pork all the will give you is bean pupusas and won’t give you what you order . I myself am a victim of such complaint. I ordered 3 pork pupusas and like the previous reviews they only sent me bean pupusas . Oh and don’t call and complain because Ethel will sit there and argue about it . Who wants to a business that has poor customer service . There much competition around .

Prices on here do not match the prices that they charge at the restaurant. Try to show the waiter the prices on here and was told my phone is showing the wrong price. He was very rude and refused to assist.
