Every single time except for once, they leave our online order sitting unfilled for at least an hour. When we try calling the store to get an update they either lie and say there is no order or they just cancel it out of the blue. By the time we actually get our money back it’s been ages since placing the order. The customer service is basically non-existent, and they completely disregard their online ordering system. If you are going to completely ignore online orders, then don’t make it an option to begin with. It’s ridiculous, and we’re not even going to attempt to order from here again after all of these failed attempts at getting simple tacos. Not everyone can drive to restaurants.

I was so hungry stop to get carne guisada two tacos and a drink special the meat was gross it had a lot of fat in it and the drink and the area was not sanitizing looking the tea was bad the tacos were bad will never come back here again so sorry wish you did real Laredo tacos like they do in Laredo

This location is always a bad experience. It’s always new employees if you don’t go before 9:00am you won’t get good breakfast tacos. We specifically woke up early In hope for a good experience. They didn’t have any bacon strips. The eggs with bacon is so soggy they refuse to cook any more bacon at 9:00 am. Won’t be making this mistake anymore

Not sure what happened. Got a egg, chorizo, bean and cheese taco. Tortilla is good, but the eggs were rubber, the chorizo was tasteless, the beans and cheese were ok. The pico was mostly coarsely chopped onion, hardly any jalapeno or tomato, no cilantro.
I couldn't finish it. It was the worst breakfast taco ever. It was terrible. I had to chew the egg more than the onion! ?
Too many other great gas station taco places to go back to Laredo again. This location is sort of out of the way for me and I used to like it. WTH happened!?!?

Stood at taco counter waiting to place order for 10 minutes with no one acknowledging me- 3 people in kitchen area and 2 people behind counter.. The manager even rang up her own 2 tacos and told the kitchen to cook them- while she's behind the counter and other people are waiting in her line.
