I've tried to support this chain but it keeps disappointing. Sylvan Ave location has the worst staff. Nothing is available, staff is inattentive, and food is not as good anymore. Im always rushed as if they're closing with hours left before actual closing. Looks to be the culture from the rest of these reviews

Total of 6 bacon Q’s ordered over the past two days and every one of them was made incorrectly. Most missing bacon!! And all were cold. So done with LTC

Stopped into the location in Dayton TX off 90. Order 5 breakfast tacos the lady making the tacos was very rude and the food was not good. The potatoes tasted old and the beans had a burnt taste. If I could give no stars I would.

Food quality has definitely gone down hill, used to be amazing tacos but not so much anymore... and make sure to check your tacos. I always order 2 slices of bacon! And 75% the time I never get 2 slices but they sure as hell charge me for them! I shouldn't have to check my 1 SIMPLE taco in front of you to verify you're not ripping me off, quite literally has happened multiple times and I let it go cause its just an extra $1.20 for 2 slices but when I only get 1 cmon. Do they think we are dumb? Give me my damn extra bacon!

We absolutely love everything they offer. The barbacoa tacos, especially, are amazing! One note: the Carne Guisada tacos are really good, but very messy.

What ever happen to satisfying the customer. What it seemed like is she didn't want to make a taco cuz she's to lazy
The guacamole had turned brown and the meat in the tacos was so tough they couldn't be chewed.

I got a Picadillo taco and 1 birria quesadilla, both inedible. 4.29 for the picadillo and 5.49 for the quesaborria ... horrible

DO NOT GO TO THE ONE IN INVERNESS FL! Went in this morning and the girl behind the counter with colored hair just looked at me without acknowledging me. When I asked for 6 tacos she rolled her eyes and said “aww man really?” I asked why, thinking she didn’t have the ingredients or something like that, but she had the audacity to simply say, “because I don’t feel like it! I really don’t want to if I don’t have to!” I was shocked and just walked out. That is unacceptable and the store managers and corporate needs to know that is how their employees work and how they speak to customers. Will never return again and will never recommend this place to anyone.
