Finest spot to eat food when in a hurry. The customer service is efficient, pricing is fair, good character. Keep up the good work

Been going for years and always enjoyed the food and atmosphere. Recently we noticed a significant rise in prices without an increase in quality. Probably will go elsewhere in the future as options are plentiful.

Been there many times over the years. Prices have risen recently but with no apparent improvements to menu and overall quality. Many other options better in Katy area now.

Chios and salsa were good. Drinks were great. The food had good flavor wasn't the best I had vit was good. My first time visiting here so I will go back again to see if something else on the menu is good. I recommend giving this place a try, the prices are a little higher than some Mexican Restaurants in the area that's the reason for the 3 star rating.

Margaritas here are always a great choice. Whatever you order on the menu will be a great choice. Parking is easy although sometimes you might have to park far away.

Should be a zero. First we try to order drinks. I wanted a texas dark beer, but the waiter stated they were out of it and proceeded to suggest a mexican dark beer at a higher price. Next came the hard thick stale chips with a poor excuse of pureed stewed tomatoes with maybe white pepper for sauza. Then i had tacos al carbon, burnt chicken in a thick hard tortilla with barely a dollop of sour creme, pico & avacado each. The waiter disappeared until we were nearly finished to inquire about our food. Then came the bill which he just handed me a register print-out and then disappeard again. Finally we paid cash just to leave and put this extremely poor excuse of a mexican restaurant behind us forever!

Great food, great service and the outdoor area is right next to the play area for the kids. Great spot!

Nice position of the restaurant, outside eating area. Expected better service and tastier food for the money. The indoor space needs a makeover. Looked dirty with broken pieces of tables and chairs.

Although the atmosphere was nice, staff was very friendly and service was fast, the food was very disappointing. Extremely overly priced and very bland. Chicken tacos were dry and quesadillas too greasy that we couldn't finish them. I would only come back to sit on the beautiful patio for surrounding atmosphere, not the food.

We love to sit and relax on the patio. I personally enjoy the style and vibe. Food has always been tasty and the drinks are a perfect match for chilling on the patio and people watching.

This was our first time dining here. Heard about it through a seminar we were invited to but unable to attend. Beautiful Atmosphere; not too cold or warm; the food was unique & good. Service is just ok. It was not busy but for some reason the original server changed. The first sever was pleasant & engaging the takeover was unattentive & we had to ask for things that were supposed to come with the meal. There were no to-go containers for our queso which came literally 2 minutes before our food so we still had a full dish. There was particularly a big hassle over the bill. We decided to try this place for my husband's birthday lunch because we had a birthday email. The connection was bad so they originally refused because the code wasn't coming up. It was nice that the server offered to get the owner to ask him to honor the email; however, the code came up as we waited....but it didn't end there as it should have. When the owner arrived at our table & we told him the code finally came up so it should all be good. He took my husband's phone then said that it appeared as though we'd already used it because there was no button for him to click to show it as redeemed. Ridiculous. Not good for a first time in any restaurant...I don't think we'll be back.

Service was great and reasonably priced. Food wasn't that great, bland, menu wasn't extensive, basic meals, nothing that jumped at you and left you with a wow factor. Margaritas weren't good either.

Out of a four-person sitting, only two liked their meals and that was because they ordered the same item, the fish tacos. I ordered the Acapulco Chicken, and the other person ordered the Red Fish. Both of our dishes obviously sat under heat lamps far too long, you could tell by the skin forming on the gravy, but even with that, the dishes were cold. The service was so poor that we decided to just eat a little and then leave rather than wait for new plates. This was our second time at Las Alamedas, both times were disappointing. Given the plethora of restaurants in Katy and Houston, there is no way poor experiences like this will allow this restaurant to stay open for much longer. Save your calories, time, and money and dine at another establishment.
