I've ordered from this place from time to time. My wife loves crazy bread (most likely because she can relate with the bread). The staff doesn't really interact with you. It's just the way things are now with online and mobile orders.. Just go and grab your pizza out of a cubby, and be on your way. The Pizza is nowhere on par with a good old Pizza joint. But you can't beat the price, and it's hot when you get it. I was around when pizzas were only five bucks for hot n ready!

Got there 5 minutes after our food was done, sat in the drive through for 10 minutes without the 3 workers so much as looking at us while they took orders of people who walked in after we pulled up to the window. Pizza was fine but it was irritating that we sat there for 10 minutes before they came to us even when they looked at us while they walked around organizing and restocking a few things.

It takes forever to someone helps you inside the restaurant. Last time I ordered online and went there to pick, waited inside for about 15 to pick up. It was ready for long time.

It’s rare when I put a review, but this location is AWFUL. They NEVER have pizzas ready to go. I thought submitting my order ahead of time would make a difference. They didn’t even make the pizza until 20 mins after I submitted my order and I still had to wait another 20. Every single person in the lobby of the restaurant was angry. People had been waiting in the car line for 20 mins or longer. Whoever owns this location needs to figure out something unless they want this location to shut down.

The service is very slow here. The wait is more than 30 minutes even though they tell you it would be twelve minutes. All the workers are just standing around doing nothing.
