This place never answers the calls when I try to order. One time I ordered pizza and they took 1 hr and 30 minutes to give it to me, what a shame. 🥀

food ordered at 706, 725-730 will be ready. got to store at 723, got my order at 755. Pizza and the poppers were Luke warm at best. 1 popper was barely the height of the dipping sauce 😒

I pre- ordered my 2 pizza and bread on the website around 447pm. My fiod was supposed to be ready between 5:30pm-5:35pm. I got to the store at 5:35pm and they were just putting my order in the oven. Waited about another 20-25min and they messed up my stuffed crust not putting any seasoning or parmesan on it and then tell me how my cheese bread was cold when my drive is minutes away. Very disappointed in the quality and taste.

November 18, 2025 whoever the young black man was that was working tbe register is unprofessional and lazy. I witnessed a man pull into th drive through to pick up a order.

The employee was outside cleaning the back of his truck out for some reason. As the customer waited at the window the employee noticed and shrugged his shoulders. After a few min thr man beeped his horn sbd the employee went inside, yet still ignored the customer.

The employee then showed a blatant lack of car and customer service when I pulled in after hom. Horrible customer service. If you don't want to work, go elsewhere. U will be launching a complaint with corporate. He purposefully ignored customers all with a blank look on his face

Got an email that said my order was ready before I left the house. Get there and they didn’t finish the wings, so tells me to pull back around 5 mins later I pull back around 6-7 mins later and still hadn’t started my wings. Awful

If I could give zero I wouldn’t, I would just close this place down, how you done give the order to somebody else without confirmation? Not to mention it was a pick up online order so they needed a code specific code to get the merchandise. Stupid employees, terrible service, just close this place down for incompetence.
