Put in my order at 7:51pm and it is now 8:36pm and still my pizza is still “in the oven”. I’m not sure what the problem is at this location but changes need to be made.

First time getting something delivered from Little Ceasars... I ordered through them, and Door Dash Delivered - It was some good ol' Little Ceasars there...
Placed an order on the app and had an issue with my order, after calling and speaking with a guy named tj who's attitude was trash by the way and really Disrespectful to say the least. I canceled my order and took my business somewhere else.

Good food. The young man working that night took care of me, I got hot n ready pizza and he they in the pizza puff things(sorry I don't know what they're called lol) since I had been waiting,right before they closing. Definitely recommend this location
This place has horrible service and prep time. I ordered my food online at 6:50 and the website said it would be ready between 7:15 to 7:25. I did not get my pizza until 8pm. The drive through was attended to first and the people at the counter are rude and roll their eyes if you ask why it’s taking so long. I will not be back .

Went last night for the same thing everyone wanted, drove up to the window to be “greeted” with a young BOY telling me “why y’all always come when we’re close to closing” it was 9:20… I mean isn’t it “hot’n ready”? I just chuckled and tried placing an order & his response was “yeah he’s not about to make all that.” I asked for 2 pepperoni pizzas and crazy bread.. like I said, isn’t it hot’n ready??? Terrible service & just embarrassing

Today was a good day. Most days, I'm at a lack of words for and it's often VERY time consuming. But they are cheap eats, so if you're looking for something cheap but decent in flavor, then try them out.
I live right by this location and although Little Cesar's isn't my go to pizza spot, this location is definitely my go to spot when I just want an inexpensive pizza. It's always fresh and so delicious. Everyone there is very kind too. I haven't had any issues with rude employees.

Worst experience each time I go. I used to get upset until I realized the cashier girl that’s always on her phone is a little slow. She’s has a bad limp and suffers from hair loss. I’m glad she always talking to someone on the phone to guide her along the way. From now on I won’t be upset after waiting 45 min for a hot and ready because Slow Lives Matter.

I’ve had nothing but terrible experiences at this Little Caesars! The girl working the evening shift (Daisha-if that’s even her name) is always on her phone, paying more attention to her personal conversations than to the customers.
On tonights visit, I ordered through the app, which said my order was ready. After waiting in line for 30 minutes, she told me the app was ‘lying’ and my order wasn’t ready. To make matters worse, on a different visit, she flat-out told me they had given my ready order to someone else! No apology, no effort to fix it…just attitude.
When I asked to speak to a manager, no one ever came up front. She said he was busy making orders. This location has serious issues with professionalism and customer service. I’d be embarrassed to have employees working for me that act in this manner.
