Ordered an old world pepperoni on the app, 11/22, at around 3pm on a Friday. With a promo code from Tmobile. A good thing i didn't pay full price.
Old world pepperoni is supposed to come with 100 ct pepperoni slices. There was barely 50 slices of pepperoni. It was also skimpy on the cheese. I didn't want a remake from fear of a food contaminated remake pizza, if you know what I mean.
Little Caesars does not make it easy for customer satisfaction, without an act of congress, so I wasn't going to waste my time contacting corporate.
Im sorry to say this, but some people just should not be making pizza.
The only good takeaway was friendly customer service. Will not be coming here again

I placed an order online, they didn't have it done, the cashier wanted to give me one of the cheapest pizzas, thinking that I wouldn't realize that it wasn't my pizza when I arrived to pick it up, they had no idea what she was talking about and she wanted me sell a pizza that was not terrible, the service was terrible, the attention made fun of me in my face that I made the claim for my money online why the order was online without 6:36pm on September 10, 2024. I told him This is not my order, this is the cheapest one and I kept seeing his face telling me that it was extra pepperoni. Seriously, they make fun of people and the service is terrible.

Messed up my order over the phone but it's the same chain so you kind of know what to expect going in.

Had mistakely sent order to wrong store and came here to pick up. They couldn't help me transfer my order to their store so I had to paid again. Workers act like they had a attitude when I asked for help. Food was half cooked, dough all pale, and they made me wait like 30 min to get it. Still haven't gotten a refund for the online order I paid for either. Spent over $20 for some pizza bites and cheese sticks that weren't worth it.

I had some great customer service by the Kugel at the window! She was extremely patient with me. There was a long line behind me during the recent power outage! I went through the drive-thru. The lobby inside was jammed with people as well, the workers maintained the fort?? The food was hot and fresh! Thank you for your service!????
