Little Caesars Pizza

They are always behind. I pull up and see 10 to 12 people waiting inside and just leave . Because I have had to wait 20+ minutes for orders before.

I love Little Caesars.It reminds me of the good old days. I don't fault the these kids for not coming to the counter as soon as somebody comes in the door. Their whole lives , they've seen people order from kiosks in order online. If you don't like the way the kids don't react to the human being walking in the store , you need to blame capitalism , because that's what did it

I’ve been multiple times including right now where they have zero pizza hot and ready. 645 on a Tuesday and zero pizza? Isn’t that the whole point of this place

This location appears to be short-staffed. I received a notification that our pizza was ready at 6:24 PM, and my partner entered the drive-thru at 6:26 PM. There was a black Beetle in front of us that also seemed to be waiting for an extended period. That vehicle eventually left the drive-thru, parked, went inside, and exited with their order.
Although our order was marked as ready, customers who went inside were prioritized. Neither the car ahead of us nor we were acknowledged in the drive-thru. During the wait, cars lined up behind us and began reversing due to the delay.
By 6:48 PM, I went inside while my partner remained in the drive-thru, and our pizza was handed over immediately; however, it was cold. No apology or explanation was provided.
Based on this experience, I do not plan to return.

Every time I go into this place, you always have to wait at least five minutes to get helped. And I’m not talking when it’s busy. I’m talking about when there’s nobody else there and there’s three employees in the kitchen.

Horrible service! Even if you place an order on the app, you still end up waiting 2+ hours. They’re criminally understaffed and disorganized. I have no idea why they don’t shut down online orders if they can’t keep up.

This place takes our craving for pizza every time! It seems everything we go they are running behind, short handed, or they just got a big order to fulfill. We waited over 20 minutes in the drive through. Three cars just backed out and left. After a long wait, we just went somewhere else.

Possibly the Slowest restaurant on this planet. I order my 2 pizzas at 6:30. Showed up at 7 and didn’t get my pizzas until 7:45

This location has really turned around and should be given another chance by anybody that has given a negative review. My husband gave this location two thumbs up and he doesn’t play about customer service or food quality. He orders from this place oretty kuch every week for our household and they haven’t disappointed yet which is saying something because most locations don’t care but I can say with certainty that this place does. The new general manger is great as well and she really does her best to make her customers happy and satisfied. If y’all knew my husband and how particular he is about places and how they treat customers that spend their hard earned money at them you would know that this location must really be something good. Check them out.

Man please this location is on point, I was scared to order from them when reading the reviews but I took a chance and I haven’t been disappointed yet and this was months ago. I place an order almost every week now because me and my family love pizza and it doesn’t break the bank feeding a family of 7. The new GM Veronica is also extremely nice and she actually gives a damn about customer service so say what you want but I write real reviews and this locations is the best I’ve encountered in years in any state I’ve been to an
