Little Caesars Pizza

Pizza was ok but not the best. Bad service and poorly managed location. Pizza was touched after handling money. An employee rolled their bike behind the counter in cooking area, gross!!
Many workers in the back but took forever to get help. Never again using this location.
I ordered through phone for a pick up order, I think it was a call service. I was never given a “code” to pick up the pizza with. They only confirmed my name and number. So it was a hassle for my husband to get the pizzas bc there was so code!! Dumb!

Employees will leave drive-thru unattended. I've ordered here multiple times on the app, and they will continuously walk past the window without speaking to me. The longest wait I've had was 13 minutes, so I'd recommend going to any other pizza place for now

Placed a future order, wasn’t ready on time. Zero customer service and dysfunction across the board with every aspect of the operation. Unable to handle a very simple request before the pizza was even made.

Horrible customer service and wait time. Takes over an hour. When you call, the employees aren’t helpful and have attitudes.

If I was to associate this location with a book, it would be “The Strange Case of Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde”.
Sometimes this location has Săm providing AMAZING service you would never expect from a discount pizza place. Seriously. Sǎm does a GREAT job.
Other times… There might not be anyone working the counter, and you will have to plead with a frightened baker to get a pizza that’s already in a box and in the warmer. The Manager will not be seen helping his staff on busy Friday nights or during Football Sunday afternoons.
If you time it just right, use the app, avoid that person who sits in the drive-through window for 10+ minutes, and arrive during off peak times, this is a fantastic location.
If you need a bargain on Friday night, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE or be ready to put your pizza in the hands of the Fates!

Online order… stated to be ready at 736. Arrived at 740. Order not ready. Stated it would be 25 more minutes. Had to sit at drive up window for 10 minutes before they even acknowledged me. Had to cancel order and even that was hard for them. Staff member refused to get manager. Had to sit in the drive through for 20 min more.
Stay away from this establishment. This is repetitive behavior for them.

I came into the store to place order at 7:30 pm on February 23rd me and another customer stood for about 5 mins before someone yelled from the back and told us they’ll be with us. We stood in line for an additional 10 mins no one ever approached the counter to take our order they were all in the back working. 1 of the workers remained looking right at me from the back but kept working. So we finally the first customer walked out and I followed right behind. I’ve never in my life experienced this type of customer service being completely ignored.

Ordered food through the app. Delivery through DoorDash. Wrong food, wrong drink. Called and store was unapologetic. Asked for a manager and got hung up on. Never eat here.

Probably the worst Little Caesars in the country. Ordered pizza at 4:24pm, wasn’t available to pick up until 6pm. Waited there over an hour then left. After picking up pizza, it was very poor quality. Supreme has tiny bits of sausage, and what looks like they were running out of toppings. If you can’t deliver, don’t take the orders!!

Slow service and awful customer service. No one was inside and then a man and woman employee walked in from a car. I waited for 10 mins in the drive thru just to be told they have no pizzas available at the beginning of peak hours.

There was only one customer ahead of me in line who was already waiting. She waited 5 minutes for her order. When I stepped up in the line, I was told someone would be with me soon. I waited another 8-10 minutes for someone to just ask me what my order was after seeing it behind the counter the whole time. Poor management and poor service. Don’t come when you're in a hurry, even if you ordered ahead like me.
