Horrible experience. Ordered pizzas for delivery through their app. Hosted a party. Pizza delivery time just kept getting delayed, delayed, delayed. Starving party guests and kids. No pizzas. App support couldn’t do a thing to help.

I ordered from this location, once I arrived in for pick I wasn't acknowledged although the doorbell sounded once I opened door. A staff arrived at cash register pressing on it screen for about 7min still failed to acknowledge me waiting. Another staff came to the front I spoke to him about my order and name so he looked me up and returned to the back I believe preparing orders. I continued to wait thereafter another customer walked in for pickup there he waited as well later the female staff acknowledged him an then got hostile with him due to his name he ordered on (due to misprenouncation on her part). Afterwards I was still waiting after other customer left. I couldn't believe my eyes when the female staff finally acknowledged me asking of my order and went right to the oven and pulled my order out. I addressed that to her and she tried using excuses so from the time I ordered journey to do the 9mins drive there they had me waiting 1hr and 5mins. The female staff I could hardly understand due to her nigerians accent. Therefore I inquired for a manager there and when I open the two boxes of pizzas I couldn't tell the difference between the stuff crust and the classic pepperoni for the stuff crust looked like the classic pepperoni. The manager of this location must be on a long vacation. 😡😡

I had a very disappointing experience at this Little Caesars location. The manager was extremely rude and unprofessional—actually yelling at customers inside the store. There was absolutely no reason for that kind of behavior, especially in a customer service setting. It created a very uncomfortable and hostile environment. I won’t be returning, and I hope this is addressed by upper management.

Margaret and the new GM, Veronica (I hope I'm remembering correctly), were pleasant when I picked up my order at the drive-thru window. They seemed to be having fun working together. The order was accurate and hot. I asked to add something last minute, and Margaret gladly helped with that. Veronica made sure I knew about the price option if I bought two instead of one. I wish y'all the best of luck in turning things around at your store!

there are very slow and the male manager, I did not get his name (he looks to be black) was highly agitated for some reason and giving other customers attitude as well as myself.

I will not be going back to this location, even though I live near. Yeah, on 29 it was on over there little Caesars. It was 50.

The woman at the front was on her cell phone talking and I couldn’t understand her. I stood in front of her for a minute waiting for her to take my order. Her name was Ambit. I thought it was rude. Horrible customer service. I ordered two hot and ready and it took over 20 minutes to get them. Advice order way ahead of time…

I got to the place just before they opened and one of the employees let me in. The whole time I was there confirming my order she was on her cellphone. She couldn't have put it down for a minute while I was talking to her? I found that rude. The only good thing was the pizza. I've ordered from here in the past and the service was great. Employees rude and racist. Want to turn everything into an issue. Pizza is never ready let alone on time.I don’t think expectations should be high for little Caesar’s but this location excels at failing to meet any expectations at all. If you have a lot of time to waste and want some trash a$$ food and service, come here! You will be happy!
