This place is great. The coffee milk tea is amazing and the staff have always been friendly. If you're looking for an alternative to Starbucks or just want to try something new, I absolutely recommend Long Coffee!

Bad behavior from one specific staff, a Latino staff. I never do anything wrong with her but I don't know why she behaves with me badly recently ? I have been drinking for the past 6 months and all I received is her disdainful, rude, and indifferent expression whenever I ordered a drink recently. Very bad behavior!!!

Found this location near my office. Fantastic spot. The pastries are amazing, this trip I had a Mango Peach smoothie and a blueberry muffin, and it did NOT disappoint. The staff were extremely pleasant, made me feel comfortable, the inside was nice and clean in appearance, I sat in a comfortable chair by the window- pleasant way to start my morning before I headed into the office. The pastries are not out of a plastic bag and heated up, you can tell they were created fresh and with care. Will definitely be coming back every week. Don’t let the photo fool you the muffin was half eaten 🤷🏽♂️😂

Cappuccino —silky microfoam and balanced espresso—and a perfectly flaky croissant that tastes freshly baked. The space is clean, service is quick and friendly, and it’s an easy place to get a little work done. Slightly overpriced, but the quality and consistency make it worth it.

First of all, so happy my friend put me in this place because I tend to come here A LOT. I love all the teas because you can actually taste the tea flavor, unlike other places I've been to. They all taste so good and refreshing you can't go wrong with what you decide to pick. I also had plenty of the avocado banh mi and it's so tasty. Everyone is also so amazing, the manager/owner always takes great care of her customers. ☺️🩷
It pains me to write this, as my family has been loyal to Long’s for years, but recent visits have been disappointing.
On my last order, the shrimp and chicken pasta was packed in a Styrofoam container that leaked and even melted from the heat—raising serious health concerns. I’ve also repeatedly received drinks loaded with ice and overly sweet despite requesting light ice and sugar, showing little attention to customer requests.
Most concerning was the dismissive response when I called to share my concern: “This is what we have. What would you like us to do about it?” Instead of acknowledging a legitimate safety issue, it felt brushed off. They could have lined it with foil, expressed a commitment for safer packaging in the future, any of the above.
We have enjoyed their food and had positive experiences in the past with customer service, but until improvements are made in both packaging and customer care, I sadly won’t be returning
