Great clean place. Staff are very friendly and prompt with service. The entire staff works together to help tables and customers aren’t left waiting. Drinks are on point and food was perfect. Definitely a great neighborhood restaurant that we plan to visit again.

We have visited the Los Perez at Highway six and Bissonnet for probably the last 20 years. I have never had a problem with Service or the food. So when this location opened up at grand Parkway and Peek Road, I had been wanting to go try it out so this past Saturday we had a family birthday party there. I was able to finally visit the new location and I was very impressed with everything. The food was great. The service was wonderful very nice atmosphere good size eating area but not too large. I thoroughly enjoyed my visit and will return if I’m on that side of town again

Edgar was delightful and recommended one of the popular lunch dishes and it was amazing. Grilled chicken with white rice and vegetables and my friend had the beef enchiladas. Salsa was Awesome!

I ordered a half beef fajita nachos when I got home I tried to assemble the nachos, but the nacho cheese was missing and instead I got shredded cheese. When I called the restaurant to ask if they forgot to put the nacho cheese, she said oh no, it comes with shredded cheese to get nacho cheese, you have to request it and it’s an extra charge. I asked why wasn’t I told this initially so I could’ve requested that because who eats shredded cheese on a nacho the whole point of Nachos is the nacho cheese!!!. I then asked her could I melt the cheese she said yes that’s how we do it in the restaurant we melt it in the oven!! I tried to melt the cheese at home The cheese turned into plastic!!!! I very disappointed as I was very hungry and just wanted some nachos.
Love this place, the staff is awesome and so are the food and drinks. I've been a faithful patron for many years.

This was our first time at this restaurant, I was kinda iffy about going there cause there's only 1 Mexican restaurant that we like to go to, but, I'm glad we went. Service, food, and atmosphere was good. It doesn't top the place we love, but, we will definitely be back.

Worst Mexican food in a long time. DoorDashed enchiladas and churros. Churros were ok (8/10), but enchiladas were salty, flavorless, and caused stomach issues.

The worker informed me as my partner and I walked into the restaurant that if we'd like to eat there, we'd need to eat outside as that's the only place they'd allow pets. Per policy of the restaurant.
I clarified that I had my seizure alert dog with me, not a pet, but a service dog. They told me regardless of him being a service dog, they would not allow pets to eat inside.
This is a blatant violation of the ADA laws, and Texas based laws. I was so flabbergasted, my fiancee and I just took out food to go and left. We're not coming back
