I frequent here and will continue to eat here! The staff has always been very friendly so that's a huge part or me. The location is clean and nice inside! Food wise, I can't say it's the absolute best Mexican food I've ever had, but it's consistently good and that's a big thing for me. Because of this, they get 5 stars from me!

We have visited the Los Perez at Highway six and Bissonnet for probably the last 20 years. I have never had a problem with Service or the food. So when this location opened up at grand Parkway and Peek Road, I had been wanting to go try it out so this past Saturday we had a family birthday party there. I was able to finally visit the new location and I was very impressed with everything. The food was great. The service was wonderful very nice atmosphere good size eating area but not too large. I thoroughly enjoyed my visit and will return if I’m on that side of town again

Edgar was delightful and recommended one of the popular lunch dishes and it was amazing. Grilled chicken with white rice and vegetables and my friend had the beef enchiladas. Salsa was Awesome!
