Horrible customer service. Just rude for no reason. I was deciding what to get and the guy told me "Come on your a grown man we don't have all day". Would not recommend this place to anyone. Food wasn't even that good.

I see I’m not the only one writing about the same issue. ’ve been coming here for the past 4 years and I’ve never been treated like this before. My kids and I just walked back to our car rather than keep standing in front of the truck and not get acknowledged.The two people who are attending really don’t have a clue about customer service. If they’re going to refuse service they should just let you know rather than ignoring the customers and make you feel like you’re bothering them to get service. We didn’t even get a hello or can you please give us a moment even though there wasn’t anyone there.I hope this helps the owners find some real help.These type of employees make business go out of business. To make matters worse I drove to their other truck and let them know what just happened and he tried calling them to let them know and the careless person said she can come and say it to my face. Suerte.

Lady with the red hair is so rude and was sitting there on her phone, wouldn’t take my order. I was the ONLY PERSON in line. Don’t come here, the food isn’t even worth the terrible service.

Parking lot was packed with vehicles from an Asian Church or Gathering next door. Waited to reach order kiosk despite ordering in advance, online ordering was not available. Several customers ordered but drove off prior to paying or receiving order creating a traffic jam. I was presented with a payment system with TIP offereings so I opted to tip. My order was not correct when I arrived home. I now have Charity Anxiety, no more purchasing no more tipping.

1. they took forever to take our order, even though the girl in the food truck was just standing there.2. we ordered chicken tacos and they gave us beef….we went back to the taco truck to trade it out and they said they only have beef….3. they aren’t that friendly either.4. tacos were soggy, my friend asked for cheese on her tacos and they girl said no…. ???

When I arrived the guy was rude, they use bistake meat which is cheap version beef meat which is very tough to eat. I asked for beef fajitas and they don't carry quality meat. Their prices are outrageous. For a less price and quality food it's better to eat at Los Cocos instead. Lol just go to McDonald's which they have better quality meat..

I asked for 6 corn tacos and received only 5. He told me they were $15 and after reading the sign on the taco truck that lists $1.75 per corn taco… he goes OH OK that’ll be 8.75 plus $1 for using card. I tried checking my food before I left but he rushed and bagged it after sticking my hand out to open it. I just went along with it cause I thought maybe I’m holding the line up. I’m very upset, he kept looking at my car while I was ordering and discriminated towards me cause he knows I have money and tried ripping me off. I’ll be filling a dispute with my bank for these 5 salty old tasting tacos I received tonight.

Food is consistently good. However 9 times out of 10 they will overcharge you and then argue with you about it. Also often get your order wrong. It really depends on which employee is there to determine which kind of experience you will have.
