Food is good, reminded us if Panda E. Where was the Cajun food, gumbo, poboys, etc? All we saw was stir fry options.

Lou’s Cajun Grill was a bit disappointing for me. The food looked good, but the flavor was pretty bland, and the portion size didn’t match the price at all. It just felt too expensive for what you get. The staff was polite, but the food itself didn’t really hit the mark. Definitely not the best value

As a Cajun man, this was ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!!!! Nothing Cajun about it at all. ALL Asian food from the neighboring restaurant (same owner) and it made me physically sick to my stomach. Chicken went bad before it was cooked and food was obviously left out under the heat lamp to long. PLEASE DO MOT EAT THERE!!!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL!!!! Health department WILL be notified.

I think people just expect too much from mall food lol. I think they're generous with the portions and they're friendly if you're friendly too. I've been eating here for years with zero issues. I'm glad they have stuck around for so long. The bourbon chicken is awesome. Cheers!

I was at the Katy mills on December 29, unfortunate because of the rush, we decided to eat here. The food was disgusting, the pasta tasted old, the chicken was disgusting and very greasy. I DO NOT RECOMMEND EATING HERE, the lady who served me the food DIDN'T WEAR GLOVES TO HANDLE THE FOOD from one tray to the other, not even with a spoon, she did it with her own hand, I was in shock, I couldn't tell her no more I wanted nothing. If you are hungry, eat outside the mall, spend good money on good food, or eat at home because you already know how to prepare your meals. Maybe here they don't have healthy conditions to cook. I had diarrhea from January 29 to January 1. DO NOT EAT HERE, OR IN THE MALL!!!!

This and the one next to it are the same thing. It's fake competition so just see the items you want.Staff is really rude. Same dude was ignoring us on the other side, then we went to this side and same dude showed up. Served a sample while not bothering to look at me, shoved the piece of hot chicken straight onto my hand. Like wth man?They also charge you one extra meat if you get half rice half noodles. $3 extra; damn. No other places I've been to do this.
