I purchased the bourbon chicken just by itself I did not need the vegetables or extra items. They charged me $9.99 just for a little container of the bourbon chicken. I asked could I have just a spoonful of juice for the chicken so it would not dry out on my way home, as I live an hour and a half away. They charge me $2.59 for a spoon full of juice!! That is completely outrageous and unprofessional and I will never, ever purchase anything from them again. After all the whole pan was swimming in juice they did not need to charge me $2.59 for a spoon of juice!!!

I was at the Katy mills on December 29, unfortunate because of the rush, we decided to eat here. The food was disgusting, the pasta tasted old, the chicken was disgusting and very greasy. I DO NOT RECOMMEND EATING HERE, the lady who served me the food DIDN'T WEAR GLOVES TO HANDLE THE FOOD from one tray to the other, not even with a spoon, she did it with her own hand, I was in shock, I couldn't tell her no more I wanted nothing. If you are hungry, eat outside the mall, spend good money on good food, or eat at home because you already know how to prepare your meals. Maybe here they don't have healthy conditions to cook. I had diarrhea from January 29 to January 1. DO NOT EAT HERE, OR IN THE MALL!!!!

This and the one next to it are the same thing. It's fake competition so just see the items you want.Staff is really rude. Same dude was ignoring us on the other side, then we went to this side and same dude showed up. Served a sample while not bothering to look at me, shoved the piece of hot chicken straight onto my hand. Like wth man?They also charge you one extra meat if you get half rice half noodles. $3 extra; damn. No other places I've been to do this.

The food is not great. But what really got me writing this review is the lemonade in the bubbler. How are you gonna have Minute Maid lemonade in the bubbler? That's deceptive. When you see an establishment with a bubbler, you would naturally assume it's home made lemonade. Something that's not Minute Maid. If it's not Minute Maid lemonade, then that is the most mid lemonade I've ever had. Food is mid. Lemonade is less than mid.

Ok you can't rate mall food on the same scale as a big restaurant. The boubon chicken is bomb and so is the honey one. Try it!!

Absolutely horrible service, the people aren't friendly at all. They even decided against giving me a fork with my meal and still didn't want to give one even though I asked. I do not recommend this restaurant to anyone, there is a way better selection of restaurants in the food court.
