I called for my holiday order From the Lubys in Katy Texas on Mason Road, I was trying to redo my pickup time & Day, while I. Was pulling it up the Manager was whistling theme Jeopardy theme, which was SO RUDE!!! 2 months age we got a enchilada takeout from there it was SOOOOO SALTY, I called and spite to this same manager and he did NOT say sorry or can we replace it NOTHING, this “manager” I can’t believe the owner would let someone like this treat their customers so poorly, inm supposed to pick my food up Tuesday, but they didn’t seem interested in changing

We come to this Lubys all the time, I love Alma! She has been there since I’ve been coming here. I always go through drive through and I recognize her voice, when I know it’s her, I know my food will great. She is always smiling, and her customer service is top notch! A very hard worker, and it’s always a pleasure to see her face! I’m always satisfied with her service! Thank you Alma for always having a great attitude!
Update- Went there today and got to see Alma! Just amazing! Her energy I love! So glad I got to see her!! She needs promoted! Shes amazing at her job!

Don’t pass up Luby’s! Eating here brought back many good memories and I’m happy the food was as delicious as I remembered. The liver and onions is my favorite classic. I do sprinkle some salt and it’s perfect. The Mac and cheese is exactly how I remembered it from when I was a kid. The blacked tilapia with shrimp was also nice. I was also happy my kid enjoyed her meal which was free!! (Free kids meals Wednesdays and Saturdays is generous). They quickly got busy after opening however we were quickly through and to our table. I like the setup at Luby’s because you can pick whatever catches your eye and the food is already prepared! We actually had picked a few other things and had a feast for $40 + tip. Not bad at all given all we ate.
I like Luby’s, it has a good variety of good food selection & staff is it’s very courtesy & ready to help . We eat there often .

I was a first timer and truth be told, going back again today (3rd time) for my Turkey dinner! Love this concept and the food is like going back in time to grandma’s house. Just delicious! The staff are amazing and attentive also! A new fav for sure. Thanks!

I was highly disappointed. I drive to Luby's just because I knew I could get a good meal. Only to have dry bake fish some Cuban dish with watery beans and rice. Lukewarm mash potatoes and Sprite that taste like dirty dish water. I am a Lubys customer but this last visit was not worth $18.
