Will not return. We used to frequent prior to COVID when we wanted something quick and always knew it would be just ok but now it's not even just OK chicken strips bland green beans bland mashed potatoes bland gravy watery and even tea wasn't good! We still ended up cooking dinner which was what we were trying to avoid such a shame it's gotten this bad

Follow up: After talking with Camille she apologized and despite how it happened she accepted full responsibility and made zero excuses. She was determined to make it right. The follow up meal was absolutely delish. I appreciated her reaching out to us and really admired the way she handled the whole situation. She was nothing but respectful and I will definitely continue to dine with them and believe that this was a one time mistake.

I love luby's. Good food good flavor very consistent. I gave a three star because since the Papa's family purchased luby's the price for a cafeteria food has become with a bit expensive they doubled the price for a plate. It's unfortunate to see them going out of business.

I have gone to this Luby's last week and this week. The first time I noticed the food was Luke warm and just thought it was a one time thing. I went back today and the food was luke warm again I'm really disappointed. Next week I am going to try the Mason Road Luby's Hopefully it will be a little better.

I rate Luby's with a 2. The food is always luke warm, never hot, and the cabbage is always under cooked. However, customer service was good.

I love and every time am hungry I went to Luby's whenever I was worked in Cinco Ranch area. However yesterday is not my good dinner at all, the baked tilapia likes not fresh, broccoli is dry and sweet tea has limit sugar. My ordered was not same tasted like I used to be treat.I know you are facing difficult time for laid off and furlough some awesome chief but the main reason to bring back your customer is Food beside too many great things followed up in my own opinion.Hope y'all improve food quality and I will be back soon.
