I picked up a bag of coffee beans to take home on my way out of HEB as I often do. When I got home I realized the bad had been tampered with, the seal was peeled off. I brought it back and explained what happened expecting to exchange. The man behind the counter apologized and said let me call my manager. After 2-3 minutes he returns and says I'm sorry my manager says all sales are final. I left them the package and asked they throw it away for me. The $20 worth of beans was not the issue, selling an open possibly unsafe food item and then placing blame on the customer is. We stop at luce HEB location a few times a week on our way out, we won't be returning.

In this day and age coffee culture is taking over even grocery stores. I tried the tiramisu drink which was good, but the price is quite high.

Amazing coffee and service! Ordered a black island latte and all the flavors combine super well- not too sweet but super flavorful. We also tried the Spanish latte and that is to die for!! Will be coming back. Super friendly barista who gave such good recommendations and helped us figure out what to order. She was the best!!

If you like sweet lattes; this is the place for you, if not, this is not. I recently tried their pistachio latte and asked if it was on the sweeter side and the barista noted that it was so I added an extra shot of espresso per her suggestion to cut the taste. After tasting it in one sip, it was extremely too sweet until I asked if it could be remade; it could not (for free) and I would have to pay for an entire new drink. In my experience, generally coffee shops offer to remake your drink complimentary if you don’t like it, especially if it was suggested to you; this place doesn’t so, be mindful on your next visit.

Coffee is so good! I got the Iced Montblanc (charcoal powder, cocoa nibs, vanilla, milk, espresso) and til this day I am still thinking about this coffee. It’s not too sweet, and you can still actually taste the coffee. My husband got the Iced Caramel Macchiato and he said the same thing! The caramel wasn’t overpowering the coffee. We also got some fresh coffee beans to grind at home and one of the workers had recommended the Pan Pacificopeia which are the exact beans they use for their drinks. I will say, even the beans are exceptional! Will be returning whenever we’re back in town!
$5 for a small black coffee. It tastes like something from the lobby of a motel.

The staff here are always so friendly and the service is fast! The coffee is amazing and fresh. I tried a muffin today though and it was honestly horrible, I was pretty surprised and disappointed because the coffee is so good. I definitely recommend stopping by though!

My Baristas were Jim & Paula, Great Service. They recommended a drink as it was my first time. The drink did not disappoint for sure! I have to try the island one when I go back, tomorrow lol. I found a new Morning Coffee Spot.

Went there for some coffee, later that day I felt super sick, I think it was the coconut milk they were using since that’s the only thing I changed in my diet was having their drink. It must have been expired. And when I called they use the cheapest coconut milk in the stores so a little disappointed in that especially how much one coffee cost for them.
