We finally decided to give Lupe Tortilla a try and were not disappointed. The food was absolutely amazing. We had the 3 pepper cheese fajita steak and the chicken Mexican pizza. Both were fantastic and a must try!
Our server was possibly the best I've ever had. She was so attentive with an extremely bubbly personality!
I highly recommend trying Lupes if you haven't and this location is phenomenal if you're in the area!

A franchised location which means some things are not the same as other locations. Their salsa was like eating Pico de gallo not salsa. And the price was a bit high for an appetizer and a salad. This was my second attempt at a Lupe Tortilla after many years and again fell short and honestly will not waste my money. However, I can say the service was excellent but in the dining area lighting was too dim.

Overall everything was great except for the hostess nazi named Brenda. We had to wait for our complete party to get there and had a chance to see how the hostess treated people. Seemed annoyed to help people but all the other staff was friendly, smile on their faces no matter. It wasn’t until my husband asked her name that she changed her tune to try and be nice and accommodating but by then it was too late!
Just waiting time is too much everytime we dine in there.

Bad service, waited for a table for 2 hours (first come first serve). once a table was available they took approximately 30 minutes to clean off, (had to remind them every 10 minutes to clean). once finally seated and attended after 2 hours & 30 minutes server approached with an attitude as if we where a burden. we are very patient people but this was ridiculous.

Outstanding place for good Tex-Mex food. Really delicious, big plates, good chips and salsa and they even bring some beans too. Good atmosphere and drinks. The only small draw back is that some sitting areas are a bit small, otherwise a great place to eat. Highly recommended.
