Absolutely terrible experience from start to finish. Tonight we visited Lupe Tortilla and the service from both the hostess and the manager was unbelievably bad. The waiting area at the hostess stand was completely overcrowded. People were packed into a very small space with no organization at all. There was literally no room to move, and when we were finally called for our table, there was no clear path to even follow the hostess through the crowd. After waiting over an hour for a table for eight, we were squeezed in elbow to elbow. They tried to seat our entire party at three tiny 3' x 3' tables pushed end to end. There was no room to move, no room for plates, and absolutely no room to enjoy a meal. It felt uncomfortable and careless, like they were more concerned with turning tables than providing a decent dining experience. When we asked to speak with the manager, his response made things even worse. Instead of addressing the seating issue or showing any concern for how uncomfortable the situation was, he told us our only option was to wait again. His focus was NOT on hospitality, completely ignoring the fact that we could barely sit or function at the table. This was hands down one of the worst restaurant experiences we have ever had. Poor organization, poor communication, and zero concern for customer comfort or service. I would not recommend this location to anyone.
The food here rocks! 44 years of awesome Tex-Mex. Get you some! I recommend the 3 pepper cheese steak. It is pretty spicy.

From the door to our table we were greeted by every staff member we came across. Top notch customer service! š Beef Fajitas are the ticket.

This place made me wait 30 plus minutes for a plate of enchiladas and fajitas for two when the food finally got there the chicken was dry as heck the beef was decent but nothing tasted good after witnessing the table who ordered right before me eat and finish and had the busser clean the table all while I was still waiting for the food the other customer even joked asking where my food was and since he also noticed how long we had waited valentina our server was the only saving grace but as a kitchen manager myself I was irrate with the ticket time for a two top right before peak rush safe to say I won't be back anytime soon

The service I received tonight was horrible. One of the worst experiences Iāve had. My server didnāt come by was walking around and not tending to her tables. Another one of her tables was waving the check in the air waiting for her to come and grab it after 10 or more minutes. Additionally, she made an ugly face when we politely asked her for a refill. She also had us waiting for over 30 mins we had to flag a different server down for the manager. Iāve been here before and never gotten treated this way. When the manager came around all he did was apologize and still sent her back to us for her to then give us a back handed sorry. I expect better especially when the food is good but that service was horrible

We recently celebrated a birthday for a large party here. We had roughly 17 people and they were nice enough to allow me to reserve seating after signing a contract and putting my card on file which I didnt mind at all.
I would advise anyone looking to book for an large event here to consider NOT going with the Fajita buffet, which is 23.50 per person like I did. While the Rice/Beans and everything else was up to their usual quality our Fajitas were OLD. Like they had been pre-cooked before we ordered. We requested beef and chicken and the chicken was so dry we all ended up just sharing the Beef. Major disappointment given the amount of money for each person.
Next time, we'll order the food and just wait on it to be cooked fresh. The Fajita buffet is NOT it.
