I decided to take my boyfriend and my friends to main event for us to have fun. I told this lady to get entries for gravity and when I went to go register the guy asked for my name. He had glasses on and dark black hair with a mustache , he asked me if I already paid and I said yes. Gave him my name and I spelled it twice for him. I couldn’t hear him because of how loud it was and I just heard him say a name ending in y and I said yeah that’s me. And he proceeds to take my friends to put on their suit, he comes over to me and my other friends and asked if we’re there too and I told him yeah. After I put my suit on , a group of little kids come and he asks if I’m with them and i said no, then he comes with an attitude and says , then who are you ? I told him I’m Vallery I just told u. And he said, no u didn’t u told me u were maoiry and I was like huh ? No I spelled my name out to u twice ! And he said wait where is ur receipt which I didn’t have because The lady that took my payment didn’t give me any receipts she just made me sign the paper and she took it . so I told him I had no receipt because the lady took it and he went to go check. He said why was I lying about the party that my name is MAIORY. And I was so confused so he went to go check and bring the lady and she said i had paid for laser tag ! which I obviously didn’t. So another guy comes in, I’m guessing management . Turns out the lady only registered 2 people out of 4 and put us in laser tag… so I had to pay again and of course I was mad. Both the black lady cashier who took my order and the guy who is in the gravity part had such bad attitude and it just ruined our day. I got to get on the gravity after 10 minutes of waiting . I’m so dissapointed in the customer service that was given. Not going again. And I thank the guy who helped the situation with the payments after their issues . He spoke to us in Spanish for us to communicate better.

My daughter &I went to ME katy . The young lady at the front was friendly and polite! We ate nachos and sliders … they were … ok. Our server was very good. He was also the bartender at the time. We got our food on time and he kept our drinks full. Very good service! We went to go play games and Patrick was amazing . Very helpful and treated us like we mattered. Def coming back !

The bowling lanes are clean and modern, and the laser tag is intense and competitive, which adds to the overall experience. The food is surprisingly good for an entertainment center, with options like pizza, burgers, and wings that are perfect for sharing while you take breaks from playing. Even though it can get crowded on weekends, the atmosphere stays energetic and fun, and overall Main Event Katy is a great place for birthdays, group events, or just a chill night out.
