Very underwhelming. I went in and ordered a few things off the menu. I'm scouting a few restaurants to sponsor a teacher event. The customer service is terrible. The guy at the register was incredibly rude, never looked up when I was asking him questions about sides, zero eye contact. Not a thank you, nothing. The food was terrible. No flavor, no seasoning. Gross. I spent $80. Completely overpriced! Lobster was rubbery and tasteless. Crab roll tasted like it had been sitting in water. No seasoning, no taste. Just gross. Hotdogs were dry and disgusting . No seasoning or salt on fries. Mac was just ok. Ordered lobster on Mac and it had maybe 5 small pieces on top of Mac. Very disappointed that I drove 40 minutes to that place. Terrible food and terrible customer service!! I will never be back and I will never recommend this place to anyone ever! Worst restaurant EVER!! If I could give it a zero I would.

Hard to get a Lobster roll in Houston. Used to go to Buddy's old place in Greenspoint. This new place is a little secret that needs to get out there.Usually have the Lobster Roll and Lobster Bisque, always a winner.It ain't cheap but what is these days and where else can you get a Lobster Roll in Houston.They also have a large number of other items and sandwiches but haven't tried them.Mainly stay with the Lobster Rolls, Lobster Bisque and Clam strips.They bring it in from Maine so it may cost a bit more but its worth it. Especially if you ever lived out on the East Coast of North America.Also great place to take customers for something different.Please support Buddy and his team so they stay making those rolls.

I've had better lobster rolls than this. The soups were terrible. It's over priced and not worth it. Do yourselves a favor and pass up on this. Go to Red Lobster or somewhere else for better seafood.

Best part of the lobster roll is the roll. The bread is sliced half way so not a lot of meat put on it. Bread is toasted right. Lobster bisque had 2 sliver of meat on it. Tasted good though.

Nasty! $18 Lobster roll tasted like it contained the most overcooked, nastiest lobster I have ever had! Crab sandwich was ok but really flavorless and not worth$15. I do not know how you take tasty lobster and make it tast bad. Quality is terrible, price is ridiculous, value is non existent, and will be the grossest thing you have eaten in a while! DO NOT EAT HERE!

Was so excited at first to see lobster rolls in Texas... but it was Dry, dry, dry... lobster roll with too much pepper. Awful, will not have again. $16 for 6 inch roll...

This was the best Place to visit.I love the Amazing Tuna Sandwich.The atmosphere was Beautiful.I will Never go back to Subway!

I've had their lobster rolls and bisque quite a few times. The lobster rolls are pretty good, the bisque is hit or miss. This particular time I decided to try the crab roll. Which is described as snow crab, mayo and roll. First of all it is NOT SNOW CRAB, they use blue crab and you end up having to pick shells out of your mouth. They need to correct their menu. There is a HUGE difference between snow crab and blue crab and I would've never ordered it had I known. Secondly, they put lettuce on it which is completely off-putting and not in their description. They definitely need to correct their menu or make it the way it is described because it is very deceiving.
