My to go order was fried to hard and the fish barely had meat on it if wasn’t fried hard. Been there a couple times first time i didn’t check it and they closed. My fish looked like it was missing body parts never again

Came here last night with my family and Linda was our waitress. From the get go she was very observant that I had 3 kids. She took upon her self to provided everything for them to be disposable. This is a first and was very impressed with here being mindful of my kids. She catered to them so much not only with small details like that but having small talk with them. Which is very rare now in days. Brought out everything we ordered on a timely manner as well. Keep up the great customer service Linda you are awesome and will come here just for your services.

They changed the menu, food is extremely salty now Seems like they’re trying a Cajun thing but mambos is Mexican and they should stick to that
I have always ordered rice from Mambo and has always been fresh and delicious. But today idk what happened the rice felt really weird. When we reach the bottom of the rice the rice felt kinda fresh. I think they mix my rice with and old one and a new one. Mambo isn’t the same now.

I went here to try the ceviche. It was fine. I wasn't that impressed with the menu in general, much less the ceviche specifically. The flavors were on par with everything else avaialble in the area. The ingredients were fresh (which is important with fish). The staff was friendly enough. I think ... because I don't speak Spanish ... I was a bit of an oddity to the staff. Not sure I'll go back, but not sure I would suggest anyone avoid this place. It's perfectly fine for the cost/quality/portion size.
