Called ahead to place order, arrived and paid for 2 XL orders of fried rice with cashier, proceeded to leave and stopped and asked to provide proof of payment at the door after paying at cashier’s station; mind you receipts attached to order showing order had been paid!! Staff not helpful and no apologies offered….

Patrick was incredibly knowledgeable, taking the time to explain the menu in detail and offering perfect recommendations. His patience with our many questions was remarkable—he never rushed us and made us feel so welcome.
His attentiveness, warm smile, and genuine care for our experience represent #1 customer service. He didn't just serve us; he crafted a wonderful evening for us.

I just wanted to share how great our experience was at Mamo’s Seafood in Katy thanks to our server, Julio. He was attentive, friendly, and made sure we were taken care of from start to finish. His recommendations were spot-on, the service was fast, and he kept checking in without being overbearing. Julio truly made our visit enjoyable and memorable. We’ll definitely be back and hope to have him as our server again!

This place does not disappoint Excellent service provided by our waitress and her contagious smile. I went with my boyfriend and the waitress May was kind enough to recommend us some delicious scampi shrimp. She was very knowledgeable about the entire menu and checked on us many times . Food was mouthwatering and was not ridiculously expensive either . I strongly recommend it . And don’t forget to Ask for MAY to be your waitress!!!! :)
