I had always come to buy mango here usually there is a guy working the place this time I was meet with a lady and her behavior was unacceptable I had to cancel my order as she was been extremely rude for no reason. I ask her name and she refused to provide her name after the way she spoke to me and other customer. She was working on Saturday at 12 pm as the comment from the previous review she was wearing her headphones all the time.

I always go to Mango Island because I love mango, but every time I go the service is terrible. Especially the lady who works there, she never takes her headphones out and barely bothers to look at you to ask for your order. She gives unnecessary dirty looks and it makes the customers feel bad. I don’t think she should be working there if she doesn’t like to interact with people. Today, when I arrived and greeted her she didn’t even bother to look up at me and make eye contact or say anything at all. I asked for my usual order, and she chose to tell me after she started making my mango that they didn’t have a key ingredient in stock and still made me pay full price even thought it’s NOT what I wanted, and didn’t give me the opportunity to cancel my order. I’ve just had too many bad experiences with her to say anything nice about the service at all.
