I had always come to buy mango here usually there is a guy working the place this time I was meet with a lady and her behavior was unacceptable I had to cancel my order as she was been extremely rude for no reason. I ask her name and she refused to provide her name after the way she spoke to me and other customer. She was working on Saturday at 12 pm as the comment from the previous review she was wearing her headphones all the time.

I always go to Mango Island because I love mango, but every time I go the service is terrible. Especially the lady who works there, she never takes her headphones out and barely bothers to look at you to ask for your order. She gives unnecessary dirty looks and it makes the customers feel bad. I don’t think she should be working there if she doesn’t like to interact with people. Today, when I arrived and greeted her she didn’t even bother to look up at me and make eye contact or say anything at all. I asked for my usual order, and she chose to tell me after she started making my mango that they didn’t have a key ingredient in stock and still made me pay full price even thought it’s NOT what I wanted, and didn’t give me the opportunity to cancel my order. I’ve just had too many bad experiences with her to say anything nice about the service at all.

The mangoes are really good. I am a regular customer however my reason of giving them 1 star is because I bought 3 cups and they were half filled although they charged me the full price.

The owner lady, has no business making the mangonada.. had a bad attitude..The mango had the skin on it was all green and hard also bitter…. when I let her know she was so indifferent and said.. that’s how the mangos came, I have no control over it..Then don’t sell it lady!Anyways, not going backThis was Sunday the 5/7 at 2 pm..

If you have an Appetizer when you go for a walk or shopping, I recommend a 100% natural snack on Mango Island. It is also a fresh, pleasant, tidy, clean business with excellent service. The combinations of flavors with the green mango are a delight. I love the one with condensed milk and mango alinao.The combinations of natural fruit smoothies have no competition. Mango Island is the best. Test it!
