once again cold food. asked for replacement. they agreed and then promptly forgot about us. NEVER AGAIN

I have been here a few times, but apparently the previous owner retired and whomever owns/manages it now is not as attentive to food, service or ambiance. It was always a fun place, fast paced, lots of food and coffee choices. And the biscuits were big and fluffy. The first thing I noticed was that the menu was smaller, and wow, were the portions smaller - everything from the chicken to the biscuits, to no sides with the mains. The service was super slow, and as I looked in the kitchen, all the employees had baseball caps on, but also had long hair hanging over the grill, the biscuit board, the food line. The restaurant itself was not as neatly kept. I saw no one cleaning tables. The food was OK, just small portion - the photo f my sandwich had hot honey dripping down the chicken, there was barely any on mine. Lots of mistakes in people’s orders overheard but my order was right. Nope, I would not return. Maybe if I hadn‘t been here a year ago, I wouldn’t notice, but the portions of food, the tiny biscuit, the chaotic and slow service was such a difference that I would head elsewhere because there are plenty of other places to go.

Used to be one of our favorite places but today’s experience will probably stop us from ever returning to the Celebration FL location. Waited 40 minutes for our food and they forgot items and after waiting an additional 15 minutes asked if they knew when the rest would be ready the response was “I don’t know” . Quality of the food has dropped. Staff was rude and restaurant was dirtiest I’ve ever seen it. Very disappointed. And they got rid of the hash brown cake with the gravy which was one of their best items 😭

The online menu is not accurate to what is actually available. Their in store menu is significantly paired down, but still offers all the local favorites. It was $75 for 5 people and we all had water. The food was really good as was the service and atmosphere.

I placed an online order. When I arrived I was not greeted as I stood at the pickup area.An employee nearly knocked me over as he was refilling the silverware but somehow failed to acknowledge my presence. Food was not worth the price. I will not return.

Love the biscuits and that house made jam...and do not forget the chicken biscuit with the bacon and maple syrup ?

I had an extremely disappointing experience this morning. I went in to place a food order for myself and others, but no one assisted me. I stood there for a good five minutes without being acknowledged. Then, a woman walked in, and the workers immediately came from the back, greeted her warmly, and started helping her. Feeling completely ignored, I decided to leave. This behavior is both rude and unprofessional, especially since I had a large order. When I asked one of the workers about the delay, she said she was putting an order together. However, it clearly didn’t take her five minutes, and she promptly stopped what she was doing to assist the other customer she knew. This kind of treatment is unacceptable, and I will take my business elsewhere.

It was good, but not what I expected. I don't prefer counter service. Also, my food was covered in the spicy/sweet jam... it was tasty, just a little much.

A huge shout out though... I love goat cheese and any restaurant with it for breakfast rocks!

First visit to Maple Street Biscuits, but it's been on my "must-try" list for ages. Atmosphere is farmhouse-chic – think open space, chunky wooden tables, and the comforting aroma of bacon. You order at the counter and snag a seat, which I did after some friendly menu guidance (bless those patient souls!).

My Berry Fields Mimosa arrived first in an adorable jelly jar – talk about a classy start! It was the perfect blend of fruity and bubbly, with a little kick to get the party started. ?

Soon after, the Chix & Waffles and Bluegrass Grits Bowl landed on my table. Those waffles? Light as a feather, crispy edges, and a hint of cake batter flavor. Genius! The chicken strips were perfectly seasoned (not shy with the spices, thank goodness!), and the maple butter added just the right touch of sweetness.

Now, let's talk grits. Creamy, cheesy, and I skipped the hot sauce – Granny would have a fit! My soft scrambled eggs were spot-on, and the bacon? Crispy, flavorful perfection. ?
The whole experience was fantastic, ending with a satisfying clink as I dropped my dishes in the big metal tub. Maple Street Biscuits, you've won me over. I'll be back for more waffle-y goodness soon!

You order before you sit. The place is clean and the staff is super friendly. The food took a while but it was fresh. Loved the spicy kick in the biscuit gravy. Fresh squeezed orange juice is awesome! Get here early as it may get too packed on a Saturday morning.
