I’ve come to this location several times now requesting to split a Classic Sundae and the workers were always gracious to do so. I came in today Jan 15th around 2pm the woman that was behind the counter refused to split the sundae. I told her we’ve had it done in this location before, she didn’t care. I understand this may be part of your policy but like I talked to the supervisor Alejandro about, who claimed to be the owner, if you are going to provide a service or not, at least be consistent. Then he said he hasn’t seen us before. In my replay I agreed with him since the people who helped before, weren’t there. My main issue is that instead of being understanding and apologetic, the staff was defensive and made me feel like I was lying. I could get ice cream anywhere especially a sundae, which isn’t even their specialty. What brought me back was the customer service and unfortunately what won’t bring me back ended up being the same.

As I was walking by on Saturday 10/5 between 2-4pm I witnessed a male employee eating the ice cream right out of the case with a sample spoon!!! Double dipping and all, I called him out on it, I couldn’t believe my eyes!

The service was bad, I asked a question about a size since the pricing showed small but the samples on counter didnt the employee then asked her co worker explain to this lady but in spanish and in a bad way which I then told her mmm I speak spanish she then said well we dont have small then I replied ok that is what I am asking you the other commment you said to your co worker was unnecessary. Why work in customer service if you cant treat customers with respect.

Terrible attention, I was attended by a rude, rude Venezuelan boy, bad face, bad people, disrespectful, he failed to spit out the ice cream.If you don't have genius and patience to work serving people, look for another job.I will NEVER return and I recommend that you think carefully before going.Avoid bad experience.Even my 11-year-old niece was scared.

Closing in 30 minutes but refused to “mix” any ice cream because the mall closes 6:00. Lazy employees. Shame on you management.

As you can see we visited in August, and yes it was 100 degrees outside! This was a much needed break after walking most of the early afternoon around Savannah. They bring you complementary ice cold ice water out to you while waiting in line....

i had a Gift Reward on my app and they refused to scan that as they have an outdated systems. The app shows you can redeem the purchase and a poor hygiene system. The manager was rude. extremely disappointed they were even out of stock for most of there products and with old jars of toppings. the funny part was the employees weren't trained enough and called people to help them form Wetzel's next to it. They try to humiliate you so beware.

Was trying to ask what was in the coffee shake and the employee did not even answer me, he just made the shake. My son and husband were trying to order and the guy just shooed them off like flies and preceded to ask the next person to come up.

Just left the creamery I was told the could not mix any toppings because they had already clean the station! Not to mention their faces when I walked in. It’s 9:45pm and they close at 10:00pm
