I recently visited Marble Slab, only to leave disappointed due to the staff’s inattentiveness and lack of care.
The ice cream containers were nearly empty, with some flavors reduced to mere scraps, yet no one made an effort to refill them despite multiple customers waiting.
When I pointed this out, the staff seemed disinterested, offering no apology or urgency to fix the issue. Additionally, orders were incorrect—wrong flavor and size—and when brought to their attention, the response was a half-hearted shrug and a reluctant correction that felt more like an inconvenience to them than a priority.
The lack of engagement and basic customer service was frustrating, especially for a small business. I’m sharing this in hopes the owner sees it and takes steps to improve staff training.

I rarely leave reviews, but this place deserves it for the wrong reasons. Ice cream was just average, prices were way too high, and they even charged me 50 cents for an empty cup of water for my son. No matter if you buy a small or large cup, they always give very little quantity. Feels like a scam more than an ice cream shop. I’d recommend checking out other spots nearby that actually give you value for your money.

I love the cookies but whoever works here always gets my order wrong…I ask for just vanilla and they glop both on, I know it’s not a DoorDash issue because they have gotten it right before when I put just vanilla. Please read your screen before making an order whoever made my cookie at 9pm tonight

Def was not satisfied with my ice cream today. It was already running basically when they put it in the cup. Then I was charged for a regular size and it was barely filled. It could have fit in the same small cup. Paid for two and barely had enough ice cream between the two to fill both cups. I asked for a waffle cone and for my items to be to go. They handed me everything instead of putting it in the bag for me. Smh. It was just horrible service. Felt like the two girls they had working were new and needed more training. The price always went up. And def was not worth it.

We come pretty often and buy our cookie cakes and ice cream cakes here for all our celebrations. Ordered a cake online and the cake writing didn’t match the picture online. Writing was different and not in the same place as we chose. Explained this to the staff who said they could either remove it and rewrite it but would have icing residue all over the cake or me buy another cake. When asked to speak to the manager they had to call him but the manager Nathan refused to speak with me and instead told the cashier I can buy another cake and it’s not their fault. When you order something online you expect it to look like what you ordered or at least for them to show some sort of sympathy and correct the issue. Not make you buy another cake. Very disappointing and Nathan definitely showed how little class he has or any sort of customer service.

The kids that work here don’t know portions. They put the same amount of ingredients/mixings in a one scoop cup as they do for a quart or pint.

If I could give this location zero stars I would. I have gone other times in the past and I was never treated like today, the shop assistants were very rude. And they didn't feel like doing any customer service work. I ordered my ice cream and I really didn't even enjoy it after how upset I left there. Check out their employees, they are rude, zero empathy, I will never return. It's a shame because I like ice cream, I prefer to go to another location.
