If I could give this location zero stars I would. I have gone other times in the past and I was never treated like today, the shop assistants were very rude. And they didn't feel like doing any customer service work. I ordered my ice cream and I really didn't even enjoy it after how upset I left there. Check out their employees, they are rude, zero empathy, I will never return. It's a shame because I like ice cream, I prefer to go to another location.

I love this place the only place I go to for ice cream no other place compares ? I always get buttered pecan flavored ice cream with walnuts, almonds and pecans added in what can I say I’m a nut lover

I had positive expectations of the place, the taste of the ice creams were very delicious, there is no denying it but the customer service is very bad, I wanted to have a pleasant time but it was the opposite, personally I would not go again…

I was getting 2 shakes to go a cookies and cream and a vanilla. She had no oreo cookies or milk but scooped the ice cream in the mixer sat there a few minutes to find the cookies got them. then didn't have milk so went to back to find milk taking another few minutes then added too much milk by the time I realized in the car I had 2 very very thin milk not worth the $8.50 for each. As I was waiting the people came and the next girl came out she was angry having to wait on them. I gave 2 stars cause my server was sweet and polite but not realizing her lack of product knowledge, time that ice cream melts and quantity of liquid to add

Great Customer Service when I went, but the Strawberry Ice Cream is NOT Good Compared to the Others and the Cookies are LOADED WITH TONS OF SUGAR Diabetics STAY AWAY! Unless you want to get sick like when I took my Diabetic Aunt.
