The bathroom was very dirty. The first thing I noticed was how dirty the walls were. Then there was no soap and no paper towels. When I brought this to the attention to the clerk (older gentlemen, maybe even the owner?). His response was that I could use the hand dryer. And he acknowledged there was no soap without a resolution. Gross... This is a food establishment, they should at minimum provide a washing station.

I have been coming to this store since they opened 5 years ago. The manager has memorized and knows what my family orders all we have to tell him is what size ice-cream we would like to order.

Always clean and anyways great customer service, rather it's packed or nice and quite. It's expensive but that's marble slab, not just this particular creamery. I've never had a bad experience nor know of anyone who has at this location and me and my daughter have been going here since he opened it up! The only negative I can possibly say is that I wish there were coupons so we could come more often!
If you have an allergy, keep in mind all of the ice creams use the same scooper. Also when I went and asked for sprinkles, the person behind the counter did not even offer to mix in the sprinkles in the ice cream as Marble Slabs is famous for that. Also the ice cream is over priced as a small costs about 7 and a half dollars! Then my friend asked for water and the person behind the counter gave tap water which had a horrendous taste.

Called a day ahead to ask if I could have a little end of birthday celebration with some ice cream. I explained I’d need a couple tables, I would put some table cloths, balloons and a bday banner. No issues and very polite.I showed up while the girls were finishing their day at the spa to set up. there were 4 tables. I needed 3 for the amount people I had.I put the banner on the wall being mindful of the location. The guy started telling my guests something and he started yelling about me not supposed to put the banner up. He should have said something before my guests arrived and not to them. I had over 12 people going to buy ice cream and there was NOONE in the store. I apologized to my guests and told them we would need to leave & find another ice cream shop. As we were walking out & I was picking up my things … he said he was calling the police. I was in complete shock of the reaction especially with no other people that he had in the store.Guy was so rude.

This is one of the best Slabs in the area. I drive an extra 10 minutes away, although I live next to a different one, just to go to this location. The owners, are so nice and always very welcoming! Ice cream and cookies are always delicious!
