Good service

Every time I come in I get ice cream for me and my son and I’ve only ever run into women/girls working behind the counter, but I’ve always had great customer service. They’ve always been super friendly and sweet talking to my family. Even the workers who aren’t talkative have been nice enough to just go out of their way with my more complicated requests which I really appreciate. I can’t speak about anything else considering I only get ice cream there but it’s just been my experiences going there.

I did not order any food from them today. I interacted with the employees and they were fantastic!! They were so kind and sweet. I would definitely recommend them!!!

Walked in 20 minutes before close… The employees were finishing up someone’s order on the slab as we were walking in. I ordered my ice cream and they tell me the slab is shut down.. they put a tiny squirt of Carmel and like 5 pieces of strawberry on top. Half my strawberries fell on the floor as I was trying to eat them. Horrible customer service. I get walking in before close is frustrating, but they should have waited to clean the slab after seeing us walk in. They literally made us wait to start cleaning it before taking our order…

Unfortunately, this Marble Slab location has been a consistent miss every time I’ve visited. They already have a smaller selection compared to other stores, and yet they’re often out of several flavors — pineapple is never available, and this last time, even strawberries were missing.

The staff is mostly teens, and while some are helpful, others seem more interested in goofing off than serving customers. It doesn’t seem like there’s a manager or adult keeping things on track, which really shows in the overall experience.

I really want to enjoy this location, but it’s hard to recommend when the basics aren’t being met.

The ice cream is very good, but expensive. However, I was troubled by the behavior of the young employees. While my husband and I were sitting, eating, the 3 employees were at the back of the store, playing with bags of cookie icing. They had on gloves, but then they would pick up their phones, put the phones down, and go back to the icing. It did not make a good impression.
