Walked in and we were the only ones there and we did not get greated or told will be with you in a minute.

Ice cream was great but the music they were playing in the store was very inappropriate. Every song had cuss words and was unfiltered garbage. This location is not the place to bring your kids to.
Everything is good, except a little bad attitude of Jair and Yehoshuah
Staff distracted chatting and laughing between them. Installations aren’t clean at all. Tables and chairs with dirty napkins and crumbs. Floor too. I know the atmosphere supposed to be friendly but work is work and I had to ask if some can take my order. Bad management.

The best ice cream place in all of Katy, I recommend it, the long-haired young man who served me was very friendly and attentive, excellent service and the chubby young man was also very generous, the best of the best

I honestly am in shock that they handed over a cake that looked like this! I mean seriously? My husband preordered and prepaid this cake for my birthday and was so excited to pick up. I honestly can’t help but laugh at this ..I mean he’s so sweet for trying but they did a terrible job. Presentation is absolutely not there at all! It was supposed to have sprinkles only on the bottom frosting and chocolate shavings on top. It looked like they just threw whatever on top and the writing is just ugly. He took it anyways because it was prepaid and we were already headed to dinner but cmon. And when he was picking up they told him they had no chocolate shavings so they were throwing chocolate sprinkles ?? They should have communicated they just didn’t have it. Never ordering form here again. It looks like my 3 year old made this.

I went with my wife and kids today. My older daughter got to try every flavor she wanted and was so happy. However the highlight of the visit was the kindness the young lady working there showed us. My younger daughter is autistic and very sensitive to loud music. I asked for the music to be turned down slightly, not only did Evelyn turn down the music she asked what songs my daughter would like. We told her and soon we started hearing the Frozen soundtrack. Words cannot express the joy my wife and I felt when my daughter was happily humming along while eating her cookie. Evelyn had a really great attitude, asking both my kids what kind of toppings they like and how they're doing. If Evelyn is not management she needs to be. The world needs more people with that level of compassion.

Thinnest cake ever. I’m so disappointed with this company and location. I’ve gone to other locations and had wonderful cakes but this location definitely cheaped-out when making my cake. The cake was more thin than the knife I was using… I won’t be returning and I DO NOT recommend it here.

02/13/24 8:30 PM. The customer service was great my mom and I were greeted immediately once we opened the door and the store was also packed but those two girls (wish I got their names but I do remember their appearances) knew how to handle the customers. They both took their time making the ice cream flavors as well as rushing to the cashier. They were both wearing gloves as well while making everyone ice cream which I appreciated.02/17/24 9:29 PM: Was happy to return but the ice cream was not the same taste as well as the services. It was a group of male workers and none of them was wearing gloves. Which is disgusting. I know it can be overwhelming when the store starts to get crowded with customers. But rushing to make orders is unacceptable. Especially since that customer's ice cream you are making is constantly stopping you because you're making their order wrong. (Oh and btw the ice cream cone was stale...)2/28/24 8:41 PM: Was honestly hoping to get the same workers for the first time I visited this ice cream shop and was sadly disappointed again. Was the same guy from before and had two female workers. While one female worker was on the side making cookies/cakes. The other female worker was chit-chatting and playing on the phone not caring that her co worker needed help. While the guy was taking ice cream orders and messing up. This time I hardly received ice cream and I had to correct my ice cream flavor. I won't be returning to this location anymore. Ice cream wasn't good and the two toppings that I've added tasted old and stale. (Expired toppings)

Had to give a shoutout to Evelyn, who is FAR AND AWAY the most delightful person we've had the good fortune to encounter. She's the best! (Oh...and the treats are great as well!)

We walked in excited to get some ice cream. One employee was working with a customer, while we ordered with one that greeted us with a deadpan expression. I say that he greeted us but he didn't actually. My sister said, "hello, how are you.?" He stood there silently, expression never changing. It was then when I knew that he didn't want to be there. You can always tell when someone is in a mood. My sister ordered and he came back with the wrong thing. My brother wanted birthday favored ice cream and noticed that there wasn't any left and asked the employee if there was anymore. To which he looked down into the tub of ice cream and back up at us. It was only a split second but you could tell that he was just gonna say that, they were out. But he thought better about it and went to the back to "look." Whether they had more in the back or not, is besides the fact. We all know that he didn't wanna be there and so the impression that he presented to us what that, of someone that wasn't about to do more work, if he could get away with it. In closing, the service was so poor, that of the 4 of us that went in, only 1 person walked out with what they wanted. And she's a 4 year old. So they'll be happy with anything. They don't understand poor customer service yet.
