Every time I come in I get ice cream for me and my son and I’ve only ever run into women/girls working behind the counter, but I’ve always had great customer service. They’ve always been super friendly and sweet talking to my family. Even the workers who aren’t talkative have been nice enough to just go out of their way with my more complicated requests which I really appreciate. The ice cream is very good, but expensive. However, I was troubled by the behavior of the young employees. While my husband and I were sitting, eating, the 3 employees were at the back of the store, playing with bags of cookie icing. They had on gloves, but then they would pick up their phones, put the phones down, and go back to the icing. It did not make a good impression.

The best ice cream place in all of Katy, I recommend it, the long-haired young man who served me was very friendly and attentive, excellent service and the chubby young man was also very generous, the best of the best
