Happy we finally have a pizza place nearby. Order partly came with no cheese when I picked up. I refused to take the order and they refused to add cheese ontop.

This was beyond a mistake in the order. The person was rude and unhelpful. And said they’d refire the order but still would have no cheese.

I ended up leaving the order refusing to take it.

Update: reaching out to the contact us page on their website for them to follow up is a lie, they just send you a generic response.

You know what?
I gotta give these guys some props.
My first delivery went great because it was an actual Marcos driver.
The second delivery not so good. It was a Door Dasher... who didn't match the profile...and my order was all wrong.
But these guys totally honored their word. Even after I was rude about the mistake on the phone.
It had been a little bit so I put in an order and was going to pick it up (uncertain of who might be driving), and these folks were ready with an apology and a free pizza (very nicely made btw).
I can't say enough good things about integrity like that, especially in days like these.

I got some coupons at my door and I went ahead and use them today. I ordered a medium cheese pizza and a Greek salad. I was expecting to get free delivery since it’s just around the corner. But the QR CODE DIDNT WORK. So I had to pay $5 for delivery fee plus tip. The pizza looked and was really good! The salad met my expectations and I was surprised how fresh and good was! The delivery was super fast. Thank you for your great service

I visited this new location on its opening day. They were experiencing some system issues, which resulted in a slight wait, but it was manageable. I received my order promptly, and everything was accurate. The two ladies that helped me were so friendly and pleasant. My family counted down the days until they originally were supposed to open on Dec 8. They’ll be seeing us frequently! Marco’s serves the best pizza!

You must be very clear with them on the phone, lady said one second atleast 8 times, then got the order wrong! Buy one get one free on Tuesday and she thought we wanted a large and a small for free! What kind of sense would that make? I sent my kids to pick up the order because I was still driving home from work. I called and was told we got the small for free, I asked why would I pay for a large to not get a large for free, she says people do it all the time! SMH! I told her I wanted 2 largest and one of the largest should be free, I'm told I'll have to pay for another pizza to get a large for free! Ordered from Pizza Hut, pizza was better and got the order right the first time!
